Description of Work: Never called back when I called about pump cycling on my well after they installed and adjusted sprinkler heads...no call back or follow up. Had to call someone else to come and fix it.

Description of Work: 1 palette of sod + 30 additional pieces + 100 bags of soil. I would have rated as A but we should have had several more pieces of sod to complete the job.

Description of Work: They did a comprehensive check on our sprinkler system to ensure it was working correctly and that all the heads were in proper alignment. They showed up on time and did the job quickly and thoroughly. We even hired them to come back and cut down some palm tree branches. They came back at the stated time and made quick work of it. We will be using them again!

Description of Work: Did a great job on the Angie's list package we bought (sprinkler system service & repair). Also gave us a quote for running a new water line. It was a good price so we scheduled for them to return the next week. They didn't show or call. We called several times to reschedule and they would not return the call or reschedule. We spoke with a person and they said they would give the guy that did the initial service the message, still no call back. Maybe they didn't want to honor the original verbal quote. We will never know.

Description of Work: I cannot say enough good things about this company! They were on time, professional and thorough. My sprinkler system was not working in front yard and my grass was turning brown. They came out gave me a fair price and fixed it on a Sunday. (Fathers day). That night when I came home I had a unrelated water leak in side yard. I called them and they came out and fixed the problem. I would recommend them to everyone I know. They have a greatful customer for life.

Description of Work: Checked Sprinker system before and after plugging up leak in pump valve. Also checked intensity of flow and direction of water coming from each sprinkler. Primed water pump which was not working. They enhanced the functioning of my sprinkler system with their checkup. Worth the price.

Description of Work: I contracted for a Comprehensive Sprinkler Tune-Up at a set amount. They did arrive just barely within the time scheduled and seemed to understand that I expected a check of the front and back yard as well as a repair to a broken sprinkler head. After 1 hour they were finished and had repaired the broken pipe at a cost of $40.00. Later,I realized they had not checked the back yard and the repaired sprinkler was set too high for mowing. I was very disappointed.
