Description of Work: One 20 foot tall queen palm tree needed a basic trimming to remove old fronds and seed clusters. A simple 30 minute job at most.

Description of Work: I needed a tree removed that had partially fallen during the recent hurricane. It was in my back yard and half of the tree had fallen completely into a neighboring yard. I wanted the tree taken away and the stump ground.

Description of Work: A 60 foot water oak in front of our house just fell, crushing a truck. Lucky no one was killed. Stacy and his team came over that afternoon, and cut the tree up, allowing us to clear the driveway. Massive tree that took several days to remove, they came back and blew off the driveway, cleared out the debris. | |very professional. On another less urgent job, they worked us in, and it took a week or so to get the crew out here, but there was no hurry. When I really needed him, he was there immediately.

Description of Work: Removed 6 trees at our new property. They did an excellent job accessing the area, removing the trees, grinding stumps and cleaning up. They even had to remove a section of fence to access the area and they replaced it as installed with no problems. Several trees were located within inches of the house and they were removed with no incident.

Description of Work: Durrance was the lowest bid on some tree work for me in September. They did complete the first job. The second job was necessary due to a citation from the city thanks to my neighbor who was miffed about the first job. We agreed on a price and date within the allowed time on the citation. Mr Durrance did not appear to be concerned with getting the second job done within the time frame stating that the city would allow me 45 more days when they see it had not been done. I am selling the house, and needed to take care of all of my tree issues promptly. The first date was questionable weather so we rescheduled. The second date which was outside the time give on my citation was cancelled due to "an emergency" which I thought was family. Mr Durrance offered to come on a Monday pm or Tuesday am. This is the third attempt. We agreed on Tuesday at 9 so that he had all day to take care of the issue as well as a second issue that came up on the Saturday he cancelled. At 10, I texted Mr Durrance asking if they were coming. No response so at 10:45 I called. I was told that they were still on a job and would come here next. Apparently, the other job was significantly bigger than mine, and was obviously top priority. I understand the money part, but a call from Mr Durrance to assure me that he was coming and wanted the job would have made a difference to me. As I had to find out where I stood in line, I cancelled the second job which I am pretty sure had grown in price significantly. His pricing is reasonable and was the lowest if you can wait out his priority list. I just couldn't be put off any longer.
