Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing, Septic and Air Conditioning

If I could give 10 stars I would. I can't say enough good about this company and their workers. Very respectful, talented, responsible workers. Shout out to Damien and Carlos. Great guys! Even those answering the phones were beyond incredible. The owner is nothing short of amazing. If you have septic or plumbing issue this is the company you want!

Don't call them in a 911 situation, just go to Walgreens and buy a morning after pill, seeing they will attempt to rape you. Called them to snake a main drain (1/2 hour to an hour at best). They told me $425 to show, and add 2 hrs minimum. $1275?? Really??? Their website touts integrity. Maybe they should look up that definition in the dictionary. What a nice way to be a local company....not!

Duck Duck Useless. This is the 5th time that we have to deal with this awful place. We called last night and they said they would call back. We called today and they said that our work order doesn't exist. This is the 5th time we have to use them. We have a Divvy home so we have to use them. One out of five time have they been helpful to our issues. The one time they did help, the person who worked for them said they were full of inept people that didn't know what they were doing. I'm just glad that we don't own this house. We have no working water and as usual Duck Duck Doofus doesn't want to help. Update: As soon as I posted this, they called my wife back and said they could help us if I took this post off of Yelp. They actually came out today and said that they will order a part so we'll see if this goes better than previous times dealing with them.

Utilized this company to unclog a drain. Brian & Dylan did a fantastic job in helping us. Two other plumbing companies came out to fix the same problem and ripped us off for a total of three different times. So glad we called Duck Duck Rooter. Treated us right and didn’t just take our money. Thank you, Duck Duck Rooter.

It went well. Josh took the time to determine where the leak was coming from (four unit bldg.) and to help extract some water. He was a calming influence in a very stressful situation. Would hire this company again and ask for Josh.

After a few days of a bad water leak from the tankless water heater and trying to hire somebody, waiting and no show...I did a few calls and connected with Duck Duck Rooter Services. Thru Ms Ashley and Ms Helen; the ladies that represents the company; they answer my call in a professional manner with a beautiful attitude. Technicians Charles and Dillon show up; they did not have the write parts so they went and in less than an hour they came back. I know they are used to it but it was hot outside and they did an outstanding job on time and with a professional attitude. The price was good and fair knowing beforehand than somebody else was going to charge me more just for the parts. Finally I was ready for a hot shower. I'm really satisfy with the job and recommend the company and specially congratulate Charles and Dillon for a job well done..

Everything went Excellent, AJ WAS absolutely on point and wonderful to work with!!! He had a great sense of humor and large degree of knowledge And did his work with a laugh and a smile!!!

Duck duck rooter was there the next day and assessed the situation and provided detailed discussion of what steps would take place to evaluate the scope of repair issues. We needed EVERYTHING. Definitely an excellent company. Leah who I spoke to initially was excellent in getting an appointment setup and explaining costs. Rate her excellent. A LIFE SAVER Technician was able to dig up the cap to the containment box and remove pump. Found that something was clogged in the pump and removed it. I was expecting to have to replace pump but not necessary. The technician, Michael (III) and Ryan were excellent, arrived for appointment early, worked quickly, explained everything and did not try to gouge the bill.

Response time from initial call to scheduled arrival was great. Arrived on time, actually a bit early. Very professional and courteous. Got the job done, right! I had no problem paying for the septic pump out as it was needed. However, the added charge for the filter clean was of concern, especially since I dug out the area for the techs. I did appreciate the discount, but it still didn't cover the cost of the added charge to clean the filter. Overall...satisfied.

The gentleman had difficulties on a previous appointment which cause them to be a little late which is not really a concern because his friendliness and business Manor was beyond any expectations

Great. They called when they were on the way. Super nice guys and answered all my silly questions. I will definitely hire them again when I need it cleaned out in 3-5 years.

After reaching out to four other companies and getting one other callback from a guy who was overloaded with a backlog of cases and couldn't come out for a week and a half, I knew I was in trouble. These guys have literally cornered the market in this industry and nothing, absolutely nothing is an emergency with them. First come, first serve and I was low man on the totem pole. But there it was, cute looking little Duck. I was hesitant at first because they were the only company out there with all five star ratings. "No way, that's impossible." So I called. Now, the first time I called, I got the answering service which promised a callback within 30 minutes. At 45 minutes, I called again and got straight through and spoke to a sweet young lady. And though some might frown on that, it in no way impacted my overall satisfaction worth their work. I explained my situation and asked how long would it take to get someone out. "We can have someone out tomorrow morning." The breaker on my panel kept tripping and believing I could get away with a five dollar repair, I replaced the breaker. When it tripped after five minutes, I knew I was in trouble. This lady was knowledgeable enough to know it was my pump. She quoted a price and I thought, "they could have somone out tomorrow????" Sold!!!!! So, all set.... couldn't hardly wait. About two hours later, I get a call from Scott, he was on his way!! Same Day Service!!! And most others will put you in a holding pattern cause they can. Not Duck Duck. Scott came out and assessed the situation and knew it was the pump,. He brought everything with him and had us fixed, cleaned up and back in operation in just two hours. Scott is a people person and is very skilled at customer service because he genuinely cares. Went over every step of the process and showed me how everything works. Answered all my questions and really took care of me from start to finish. You guys got a customer for life!!

Fantastic!!! I received a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. The guys were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They explained the procedure and answered all of my many questions. After the tank was drained, they discovered a blockage. The tank was located partially under a porch and difficult to access, but they figured a way to clear it. They had me test it and cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend Duck Duck Rooter Septic Services.
