On several occasions, starting back in July 2014 when we signed up, every time we asked for product pricing and availability we were met with "Yes", when in fact nothing was ever to be forthcoming. The list of disappointments is very long and distinguished. I wouldn't recommend this outfit to anyone.
Description of Work: Provider did absolutely nothing, and that's the problem. After buying into the organization, and being told of all the wonderful things we could acquire for our new house, we were able to purchase exactly zero (0) items. Complete waste of time and resources. In an attempt to cancel our membership we were met with obstinance and hostility. Talking with attorneys.

The contractor that Direct Buy sent out ordered the wrong materials, and didn't even price them right. They wanted me to pay for materials without seeing a bill. The job didn't even get completed, because I fired him and hired someone else.
Description of Work: Direct Buy is the company that I bought all my materials from for new cabinets. They had a independent contractor come out and see what I needed done. We ordered the materials and had them do the work.
