They showed up promptly and left promptly. Cleaned up every afternoon and left everything in perfect order. Polite and diligent. They worked neatly and did not make a mess.

Jim Dickinson and his partner were professional in all areas. They came to our house for an assessment and estimate shortly after we contacted them. Their estimate was right in line with 2 others we had received. The first day they draped heavy plastic in the house to seal off areas that might be affected by the dust. They insisted on removing the old wood by hand because they did not want to harm the concrete by using machinery. After all the wood was removed they performed a calcium chloride test for moisture to make sure the proper glue would be used. Each day before they left they vacuumed and cleaned up their areas as best they could. They then checked all areas for levelness and repaired areas that were not up to par. They installed the new wood over several days - there were numerous angles and cuts that had to be dealt with - and cleaned the floors when finished. They replaced furniture to its original spot and placed felt cushions on the bottom of chairs. The floors are beautiful and I am extremely pleased. Jim has been doing hardwood floors for 21 years and he is meticulous.
