We are very pleased with the staff and workers at Designer Lifestyles, They had someone out here immediately to do an estimate. Picking materials and scheduling was also made very easy for us. When the crews came to work, they were punctual, polite and efficient. The men were very easy to work with and they were extremely accomadating when we would want to make a change or addition to the original work order. I would gladly recommended them every chance I get. Every one who has seen this job has been highly praising it. I loved the way they respected our home and removed any and all debris every day. Very good job, very pleased with the results and the responsiveness of the team. They also returned to deliver a small part that was missing. Most contractors usually have to be called multiple times especially after getting paid.

Jorden was the Team Lead and he was on site all 3 days. He ensured his team knew the full scope of the job and he inspected their work to ensure highest quality. I had to make some changes to the scope of the job while he was on site and this was handled expeditiously and was incorporated into the work being performed. They cleaned the job site each day at the conclusion of their work. Jorden is a true professional and explained what he was going to do at each step. He is very knowledgeable and passes that knowledge on to the workers during the performance of their duties. I am thoroughly pleased with their work and they will be my first choice for any remodeling work in the future.

They were pretty good. Excellent, they did exactly what they said they're gonna do. When they told me they're gonna do it, they did it. Hire them, I had them twice.

We had no idea where to start when we first bought the unit as it related to selecting a contractor . We joined Angie's List and found Designer Lifestyles as their excellent rating stood out. All I can say is that they met every expectation we had. They were extremely thorough in creating a detailed bid. They began work within 2 weeks of signing the contract and worked every day until the job was complete. The only changes to the contract price were changes we made mid-stream. They were very helpful in suggesting minor tweaks along the way that enhanced the outcome. Their crew was always friendly and the job site and entrance to the unit was always keep clean. We received compliments from the building management for how professional and tidy they were. In the end their work was outstanding. We have ZERO complaints. If we find anything that requires follow-up I am 100% confident all it will take is a phone call and it will be addressed. I have never given as high a recommendation to a company as I am giving right now. It was a very costly project and it was handled better than we could have hoped.

They were great we would not use anybody else now. They were really fast and efficient. We have had people in past take long time. The guys were super nice. The partners that own the company took my calls and immediately responded.

It took longer than I thought it would, but the finished project turned out to be good. Steven Hendricks did the backsplash. He did a wonderful job!! I wasn't sure what kind of design I wanted to use for a focal point above the stove. So, he gave me some ideas. I felt comfortable enough to trust his judgement. I'm glad I did! He took his time. His attention to detail was amazing. I would definitely recommend him.

We recently had tile installed by Designer Lifestyles in our bedroom and office, and the tile looks great. Our experience with this company was outstanding - very professional. listened to our needs and offered a wide variety of options. The installation crew led by Steven Hendricks did an outstanding job, always on time, courteous, professional and arranged their schedule to meet our needs. They kept us informed and up to date during the whole process so there were no unanswered questions. We can't say enough about their work ethic and attention to detail - great job. We highly recommend Designer Lifestyles and would use them again.

It went great. They handled everything. Moved all of my furniture. Cleaned everything up. Never did any additional work without first showing my the problem and giving me a price. (My slab foundation had cracks that could mess the tile up.) I had bought new appliances and they pulled my old ones and installed my new ones after they tiled my kitchen. It was great. I recommend them to everyone.

From the estimate (Jessica) to the actual work (Andrew was an excellent team lead all around) everything done to very high level (I'm really picky about these type projects); all old tile removal from kitchen and breakfast area done in one day. Two days and a half for new tile installed in kitchen, breakfast area, small hallway and a laundry room. Also installed a kitchen backsplash; Andrew had good suggestions -- which actually resulted in a last minute change to a different set of backsplash tile which I'm really glad about! Kept disruption to a minimum. Will be asking Andrew and team to do my bathroom remodel now I've found a team I can trust at a fair price!

The work Designer Lifestyles provided was excellent. Dean was the supervisor of our job and his attention to detail was everything I expected. He was professional and courteous and his crew was efficient and friendly. The only hiccup we had was the initial estimate, (a mistake made by the front office, not the estimator). The trim work actually needed was more than what they had originally priced, and we had to meet with them again to make sure we were all on the same page. I would use them again after seeing the quality of their work.

The job was done professionally and looks beautiful. Jon and Chris Mayer were a pleasure to deal with. Jordan and Dean were extremely responsive as project managers. The crew that did most of the work -- Joseph, Steve and Ildi -- were punctual, conscientious, and very competent. Rains held up the job but we knew in advance that this could happen -- the mud had to be dry before the crack isolation membrane could be installed. Their price was reasonable and they lived up to their commitments.

Designer Lifestyles helped us select appropriate & attractive flooring for the job, provided a thorough estimate of the work & materials, and performed the work in a most professional & competent fashion. They helped us from the start by obtaining a pod for our belongings, moving all of the furniture & non-breakable items to the pod & returning the items to their original place when the project was completed. They kept us informed before & during the work as to what they would be doing & when they would be doing it. They told us during the estimating of the work that depending upon the condition of the cement base after demolition of the existing flooring there could be an additional step required of leveling/preparing the cement floor to ensure the warranty of the flooring and helped us obtain approval of the additional work from our insurer after the insurer initially denied coverage of it. Most important, Designer Lifestyles scheduled anywhere from 3-6 employees for the job to provide the shortest amount of disruption to our lives as possible; and supervisors/owners kept in close contact with us during the work to make sure that it was going smoothly & quickly to meet our satisfaction. Each employee who worked on our job was extremely hardworking & pleasant throughout the entire process. Designer Lifestyle's workforce was exceptionally skilled & diligent - I never saw any of them slacking off & they always kept me informed as to progress. They also performed the work in an extremely clean manner that left much less cleanup of the new flooring than would normally be expected. I would highly recommend this company for any services that they provide. And to top it off, their estimate was extremely competitive to others I received.

In summary, the Designer Lifestyles installation team lead by Andrew, accompanied by Aaron and Jeremy, did an outstanding job, receiving my whole-hearted recommendation. Over the course of five days, Andrew and his team were highly punctual, arriving at our residence on-time and working through eight-hour plus work days with few breaks in the interest of completing our remodeling project. Andrew and his team coupled their sweat-equity based work-ethic with impeccable attention to detail for an incredible fit and finish to our floors and trim throughout our home. Also important, Andrew and his team ensured that the workspaces they would establish in our home were clean and straightened every day before completing their day's work. Lastly but no less important, my family lived in our residence while Designer Lifestyles performed their work over the course of five days. As you could imagine, this required a tremendous amount of flexibility on behalf of the Deisgner Lifestyles team as well as their logistical support as we moved furniture to accommodate the pace of their work. In the past, I've had a number of contractors in my home to perform various remodeling projects, sometimes, with less than desireable outcomes. Candidly, I've learned that its difficult to find well-qualified, attentive, and most importantly, TRUSTWORTHY remodling professionals in the Jacksonville, Florida area. The Designer Lifestyles' team sense of professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations throughout every step of our hardwood flooring project. As I look to renovate our home's bathrooms, bookcases, and other work over the next year, I'll be looking very forward to working with the craftsmen at Designer Lifestyles. The job was completed on two different days because I had to keep my things in a spare BR while the rest of floor was being treated. They came back to do the spare BR after the concrete in rest of house dried. The floor looked wonderful, with uniform color and very few holes. When they came back to do the spare BR, the concrete had many holes in it and the color was significantly non-uniform ('swirls' of several colors). They did come back a few days later to resurface the last BR to make it look similar to the rest of the house. The contractors were responsive and remedied the job as soon as possible; they were also very professional, which is greatly appreciated.

The job went very smooth. Workers were pleasant and informative.

They did a great job. I do most construction around my home myself but leveling the floor with self leveling product has been a challenge to do on my own. This crew has a lot of experience and did it very quickly. The floor looks great!

Showed up on time and worked hard to get job done on time and on budget. Tile work looks great and owners were very responsive to all of my needs.

This company may not be the cheapest but they are by far the best company I have experienced. Chris and John were always very prompt to call me back and answered every question I had. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. At no time during this job did I experience any stress or misgivings about my decision to hire this company. Their crew was prompt to arrive every day. These guys were the most courteous and just nice people to deal with. They covered everything in our bedroom and when they left you didn't know they had been in the house. THEY WORKED VERY CLEAN. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about a bathroom remodel.

The job went GREAT from the beginning.My wife and I being new to the area relied on Angies list for help since we didn't know any of the contractors reputations.We went to Designer Life Styles shoe room where we met Jon and he explained all the different aspects of the different woods.We picked a sample and he let us take it home so we could see how it looked in our house.After getting a couple of other estimates we decided to go with Designer Life Stles.Jon came out to measure and advise us they could start in a week or two. Jons brother Chris called us in two weeks and gave us a start date which was on time and the installer Aron and four other workers came out removed all the old carpet & linoleum in one day clean up after themselves everyday.A couple of problems came up but we're handled right away by Jon or Chris,worked continued on and the work on the flooring,tile and shower pipes were done in a total of five days. Designer Life Styles L L C did a terrific job,there workers were Profesional,polite and always cleaned up when they were done"GRAT JOB".

Estimate was fair and very thorough. However, I would recommend "worse case scenario" being spelled out for unlevel floors and minorl slab cracking in Florida (not structural). Cost increased 30% to address defects and ensure 10 yr guarantee. Worth it in the long run, but was a bit of sticker shock. Storefront on Blanding Blvd has large selection of high quality tiles and wood floors. Selection was quite simple once eliminations were made. Start date delayed to week after Thanksgiving with estimate of 1 week to complete. Actual demolition took a bit longer because old tile was difficult to remove. Entire project took 8 work days (Mon-Fri). Each team supervisor was professional, communicated clearly with us throughout the phase of project and ensured site clean up at end of each day. Crew members were excellent. Overall, am very pleased with the work. We love our new floors!

A few bumps, as expected for a large remodel job, but overall the project went smoothly. Very pleased.

They are truly professionals. You got more than what you paid for. Always on time for measurement and installation. The work was done in 1.5 days. And we received a lot of compliment for our floor. Very good team work.

They did an excellent job of removing the loose tile and replacing it with matching tile. The installation was very professional, and went to great lengths to clean up after the job was completed.
