Designer Lifestyles transformed our master bathroom, and bedroom flooring beautifully. We now have a beautiful new vanity, shower, freestanding tub, & flooring. Felipe Almodoval was the key employee at Designer Lifestyles that helped us unlock our vision. He set everything in motion, and knows how to listen to the customer. He was very involved in our project from beginning to end. As in any construction project there will be bumps along the way. With Felipe's constant involvement, those bumps smoothed out nicely. We can't wait to decorate our two new spaces. We will enjoy these two rooms for many years to come. We will trust this company to do our next project when we are ready for it!

Both projects went awesome from beginning to end!! We met with Felipe at the showroom and he assisted us in picking out the best tile and flooring for what we wanted to do. He has a great eye for whatever your vision is and listens!! The guys who did the flooring and bath remodels were very professional and considerate while working. Sale representative FELIPE ALMODOVAL is very professional, knowledgeable about his craft and provided estimates of material needed, time required for the project. Be very responsive whenever I need consultation. Great guy, appreciated. Now let's talk about Shiloh's installation crew, the best I have experienced. They are extremely professional, considerate, subject matter experts on what they do. I'm even more impressed by the camaraderie exemplified in the group, they work together as a great team, care for each other. Is that impressive or not?! The quality of the work is top notch and we're extremely satisfied. I told them I have more projects to be done in about 2 years and they knew whom I'll call... Designer Lifestyles LLC will be the company of my choice regarding any home improvement projects. Highly recommended!

Designer Lifestyles will be my go to company from here on out. I needed a large sun porch tiled before a gathering at my home and Designer Lifestyles was able to get the job quickly and impeccably done. We love our new floor! Their showroom on Cassat Avenue has tons of material to choose from with prices to match anyone's budget. The showroom sales staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. The crew that did our job were professional and very detailed oriented. They are truly craftsmen who care about the work they do. Very Clean and Respectful of my home as well. We will definitely use them again and recommend them highly!

From start to finish they were both professional and courteous. I found the prices to be as good or better when compared to many other stores. They came when they were scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner. There was never any high pressure selling involved.

I obtained about 4 estimates and decided to go with Designer Lifestyles. All the estimates were fairly close in price. Low bidder does not automatically get my work but I think these guys did have the best bid as I recall. They had a solid rep and gained my confidence. Steve, in the office, helped us make decisions during the planning phase and throughout the project. The crew (Jason, Alan and Zach - and one other but can’t remember his name, sorry pal) were awesome. Jason was in charge and was meticulous. He ensured the overall job was done right in every respect and saved us from making several mistakes. All of them were a pleasure to have in my home. The project took about 3 weeks. The company accomodated multiple last minute changes without complaint and just made things happen. I highly recommend them.

My Husband and I had Designer Lifestyles do your remodel(drywall work, baseboards,painting, beautiful luxury Vinyl flooring and carpet in bedrooms and we are very pleased. we would highly recommend them to our Family and Friends

We had a narrow window of opportunity to get our new flooring installed and they met our needs. The installation looks great.

So happy with both rooms. Dwayne was the foreman on site and he went above and beyond in everything he did. All the guys were excellent. Best tile job I have ever seen. Cleaned house before they left, had to go under house and fix some pipes. Just thrilled with the outcome of the job. Nicest bathrooms I could imagine. Again, Dwaye and his crew were fantastic and I want the company to know how much I appreciate his hard work. He spent long days and some of the work was not pleasant.

While we were dealing with getting reimbursement from flood insurance, I began to contact contractors to “ put my house back together” . While all the contractors were responsive, Jon Meyer, the owner of Designer Lifestyles, listened to me and re- wrote an original estimate from his company. He personally went to my home and checked everything I told him . He listened to my needs and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the ( extensive) work. We ended up selling the home “as is” because of issues collecting reasonable funds from Allstate and the fact that we live out of state. Jon and Designer Lifestyles deserve the other good reviews they received on Angie’s List.

The work was scheduled during the Thanksgiving holiday time so it was stressful. Ran into some problems with the flooring that was removed. I had an extra layer that resulted in more unexpected money. The owner Wes was very responsive and answered all of my calls promptly and did address my concerns. I had 2 teams that came in . I prefer to just work with 1 team. I guess they were trying to get the job done during the holidays. The much younger crew (Mauricio) did an excellent job laying my tile. The end result was exactly what I wanted. I also had some linoleum place in 2 bathrooms by the second crew. I love my plank tile and I am pleased with the end result.

Designer Lifestyles did the complete job renovation on our remodel, from taking out a garden tub, old vanity, lighting, scraping the popcorn from the ceiling, removing a wall and adding a new wall as well as moving our plumbing to accommodate the new vanity and shower head. They also installed all the subway tile, niche and new bathroom floor and installed all of our lighting and vanity as well as the ship lap that came half way up the walls. The entire crew at this company was a pleasure to work with. We had a slight discrepancy in our final bill but that was handled very quickly and the customer service was excellent.

The store showroom had a very good selection of flooring. The install team (TNT Northeast Florida) was on time and did an excellent job. The job took 3 days and they cleaned up after each day. TNT team also offered several suggestions which way an improvement.

I am still amazed on how well it turned out. Their tile guy is a genius!! TALENTED! I would definitely recommend them.

To make a long story short, Designer Lifestyles came out to my house and gave me an estimate on my tile project. Day one, they started and completed the demolition phase of the project. Day two, AFTER ripping out my carpet and tile I was given a new updated estimate of $794.00 difference to the original estimate. Designer Lifestyles came up with all kinds of excuses and reasons for the increase. This new estimate should have been given to me prior to tearing my house up, as they did all new measurements when they surveyed for the job AGAIN, on day one, prior to starting the demolition phase. I guess they thought they were going to hold me hostage since they had already tore my house up. God knows how many other people they have done this to. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone, a very misleading bunch. I selected them for the job because of all the great reviews that I saw online, I just don't know what happened here, unless they are paying someone to post them. They did my kitchen, and the cabinets were falling off the wall so they took those down and tried to sturdy them up. Then as I saw when they were putting them back on the wall there were multiple places where trying to hit.I said to him you're just going to leave it like that? He left all the black holes in the back of the things. He told me he would make them look like new, I could've fixed them better because I do woodworking.Then in my bathroom, I had travertine put own on the walls and the floor, I had a new shower built. The guy that did the flooring in the floor and walls and stuff, the travertine guy was fabulous. The other guy that had done the kitchen cabinets, I had him replace the cabinets in the bathroom too. All the vanities, they were done well. He cut the trim work around the doors and cut some of them super short to where they were a quarter of an inch below the door.I complained about one of them that was severely bad, it was probably half an inch.The owner came and finally agreed to just replace the trim to the one side of the door.Then going into my toilet area, both sides were short.One time when the floor was being washed or whatever the other side that they didn't do underneath, absorb the water. Now the frame of my door is eroded. The brother of the owner, I think his brother or son or relative forgot to put a seal under my sink and flooded into the bottom of my brand-new cabinet.If it wasn't for the guy that did the tile in my bathroom, I would've totally been dissatisfied with their professionalism.Only one person cared if he did it correctly, that's my big deal.It's one thing if you try and you really just can't do it, but when you just half a#% do it and don't care then that's the other problem.

In January 2017 I posted a negative review regarding Designer Lifestyles LLC regarding a bathroom remodel and the subsequent scheduling/pricing issues. After posting the review, Jon (Business Owner) made several attempts to contact me via phone with negative results. When Jon could not make phone contact with me, he came to my residence in person to seek a resolution to my complaint. Jon agreed with my complaints and took ownership of the issue. He made a genuine apology and offered his services in hopes of resolving the complaint. At that point I had completed the majority of the bathroom remodel myself. Jon asked permission for his company to check my work and complete the remaining tasks. I agreed and Jon sent three of his employees to my residence a few days later. The employees arrived on time, dressed in a professional manner and were very polite. They made light work of the remaining tasks, thoroughly cleaned their work area when finished and even offered advice for future DIY projects. After the employees left, Jon came back to my residence to check their work and see if I was satisfied. Jon explained the issues I initially encountered with his company were inexcusable but occurred due to a chaotic move from their old office to a new one. Despite the issues, I was impressed with his determination to satisfy his customer and maintain a reputable business. I would absolutely recommend this company to others looking for a reputable company which has good moral values and an owner who believes in personal responsibility and customer satisfaction. I will utilize their services again.
