He was at my neighbor's next door, so he was convenient. He did a nice job. Some of his plants died and he didn't come back to replace them, but he was supposed to. I wasn't unhappy, but I don't think I'd call him again. He got his money from me and that was it, he was gone. I'm disappointed that he didn't come back and follow up, especially since I paid him $2,000.

A few hiccups but all in all pleased

After giving me a free estimate, Mr. Alan and his staff came when expected and were right on time. They grated and leveled my backyard and sodded the entire thing with Zoysia grass. The next day they laid a beautiful red paver walkway from my back lanai to the sideyard gate. Lastly they put on the sprinklers to make sure coverage was accurate and sufficient to irrigate the entire backyard. Mr. Alan was polite and professional and his crew was thorough.

Our irrigation system was not really operable. Several were leaking and the programmer didn't work correctly. Gary came out and spent over a full day digging up sprinkler heads and redoing our system. It now over a year later is still working perfectly. He also sodded our front yard and added more landscaping features. Our landscaping was very random previously and had very little curb appeal. Gary did a design that took advantage of what we already had and added to it. He also put sod down. The sod has done very well, we had previously had it sodded by another company and it didn't last. We are still very happy with the work Gary and his team did.

Gary is a nice guy. Good to talk to but in the end I felt the project was managed poorly. In the estimate phase he told me this was the Final price and he was sure of it. In the end he asked for more money for dirt. The extra load of dirt wasn't even needed. Also he was supposed to add a filter mesh between the wall and dirt and forgot to. Now the dirt and sand run through the wall every rain. I called and left messages with him about fixing an end cap that one of the workers broke also for him to send me some documentation. He finally called 3 months later. That's just unacceptable in my opinion. In the end the wall is up but has issues I need to deal with myself. I guess you get what you pay for.

The job done on our house was very nice but wasn't exactly what we wanted. I can not blame Gary, he did build an amazing patio area but we were not very explicit on what exactly what we wanted. Nonetheless, it was still an amazing job. Be very specific on what you want and he did take a little longer than expected. But hey, I guess thats contractors for you.Circulat

Mr. Alan promptly returned my phone inquiry and came right out, giving me an instant analysis and estimate for free on the spot. He then scheduled the job for a week later and was perfectly on time with his crew. He stayed with his crew the entire two days it took them to grade the yard, lay a gorgeous red paver sidewalk and sod the entire backyard. He then observed my sprinkler system for accurate coverage and trimmed overhanging foliage that would prevent proper sunlight. He answered all my questions before leaving and was very curteous and professsional.

I had a great experience with this company. He is punctual, very knowledgeable, very professional, and reasonable. He sticks to his quotes and does great work. I will use this company again in the future.

The estimate was free of cost. I thought he was honest in his presentation. He said what he was good at and what he wasn't good at. The second thing was he was creative. He offered suggestions about how he might do it differently or other alternatives, and I thought that was very good. I will consider using his services again in the future.

Gary did more than asked! We had a property that had been in an estate and not properly maintained. He moved and trimmed shrubs and bushes that were not in the scope of the engagement, however, he did because it was the right thing to for the plan. I would not have anyone else do this work other than Gary Alan. We have fineshed our first phase of the work and will be working with him for phase II in the fall. Good Job Gary and thank you!

Mr. Allen and his team knew what they were doing. We had many rainy days so the project took longer that we expected however the result was incredible. People don't even recognize the yard! We were very satisfied with the work. When some of the plants did not do well, we called Mr. Allen and he replaced them. He is extremley knowageable. His TV show every Saturday on channel 7 @8:30a is a good place to see his work and professionalism. We love our yard!

Designers Landscape With Gary Alan came out and did the work when they said they would. The results have been good. I didn't get any kind of paper work to show how things work, so I don't know how to change the bulbs in my lighting system.
