+ -1 moreMy lanai is bleached out in several spots and Mr. Dean has not come out to my home still to look at it. He was a complete no show today. My lanai deck is only 1 year old and the problem needs to be addressed as his company put downtrend chemical that ruined my lanai.

+ -1 moreRich arrived in the middle of his 8-9am time frame. He brought all his own gear and had the process down to a science. The job took just over 2 hours and the place looks great. He was very professional and even offered to wash a couple of small slabs in the back. He also provided a few cleaning and painting tips to help maintain some of the house's exterior surfaces. I was his first of four jobs that day, so Rich is definitely on the ball keeping his ship sailing. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Pressure washed all siding, soffits, gutters, patio screen, garage door, and scrubbed garage floor and driveway.
