+ -1 moreTech was knowledgeable and friendly. Our system was not cooling as efficiently as possible. During the service call the compressor blew. This really irritated me and I became suspicious. After doing some research symptoms of a compressor failure we’re actually present before we called for service. Company did the research on the equipment and found that the parts were under warranty. Returned next morning finished the job. Rates are competitive for our area. Will use them for spring check-up

He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and found that my coil had a leak. He was able to get me a new coil and fix my A/C right away. Jarod was very professional, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them and Jarod.

My recent experience with their tech Jarod has been a pleasure. I even got a call on a Saturday to make sure we had air. These folks and their group are the best!

He returned the next day with a new part and repaired our unit in the pouring rain. We are very pleased with the service.

+ -1 moreMy unit went out during the weekend. I called David Taylor to see if someone could take a look and within an hour Jarod the technician was here trying to diagnose the problem. He tried so hard to get us running but after trying every single possible avenue and replacing several parts and it was still not working and was determined we should think about getting a new unit rather then investing more money on a 10 year old unit. David Taylor then called and explained what we were up against. We decided a new unit. He assured me I would have one Monday at 8am. And that is exactly what happened. Jarod was here at 8am monday and had my new unit installed in no time. Hearing that you need a new AC unit is not fun. But Dealing with this company and the owner and technicians and prompt outstanding service has made our experience feel like we chose the right company. I would give them 10 out of 10.

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish it has cost money for repair bills incurred as a result of the Sloddy work installation, and poor service by this company.
Description of Work: A New unit was installed in 2009. Despite numerious calls to dealer to report a noncooling problem......always coolant was added and repair bill was charged. When the same problem accurred in March and was told it again needed coolant, I contacted another dealer who said the unit had a leak and was improperly installed. The problem was corrected and I have not had further difficulty. In another house I own, another new unit was installed in 2010. When it did not cool suffiently, I contacted the same dealer who corrected the previous problem .. (Taylor Air Conditioning at Locust Street) and they had to add coolant. We are waiting to see if there is a leak when they check within six months. If there is a drop in coolant, they will check for a leak. This was supposed to be a new unit. The repairman said the unit had previously been repaired........and didn't seem to be a new unit.................................
