+ -1 moreWent well, if not a little time-consuming. I found I would often have to call them for updates (as opposed to them offering them up before I had a chance to wonder). But they were very nice and super affordable and I had the computer up and running shortly after getting the system back from them.
Description of Work: My computer got hit by a surge and then failed. I was happy to repair the system myself, but they helped me diagnose what had been damaged.

+ -1 moreThey did not respond to a phone call, so I took the computer to their store. The technician hooked my computer up to some diagnostic equipment at the front counter while I watched. He told me the problem and estimated the cost and time to fix it. The work was completed in less than 24 hours, they called and I picked it up. Cost as estimated, and the machine worked properly. The tech advised me about some other minor issues and how they might be addressed in the future, if I wanted.
Description of Work: Diagnosed faulty power supply and replaced it.
