+ 1 moreWhatever they say, they keep their promises. They were professional and I will stick with them because I still have some few works that wanted to be done. I'm really satisfied.
Description of Work: They did 2 sliding porch door, 2 windows, sidings and etc. They also replaced the stainless steel that goes on top of the chimney.

+ -1 moreI interviewed four well known siding companies but was not impressed with any of them. I was beginning to lose hope. Then I found Home Remodeling and Maintenance, Inc. I was impressed when the contractor, Momo, came out. He wasn’t a salesman, like the others. He was professional, friendly, and gained my confidence right away. His quote was competitive with the other companies but, he was not going to charge me extra for structural damages found in the walls, like the other companies wanted to do. I hired him on the spot. I ended up having a lot of structural damage that would have cost thousands. This is a family owned business. Momo and his father-n-law exceeded my expectations. Momo kept me informed every step of the way. I did not have such open communication with the other companies. I am so thankful that I didn’t choose any of those other companies and will be using Home Remodeling and Maintenance, Inc for all future home renovations. This company is Exceptional!
Description of Work: Place Hardie Lap siding on sides and back of house. Repair/replace damage to structure inside walls. Install moisture barrier.
