D E Richardson Construction

Description of Work: I originally employed D.E. Richardson from 2008-209 as contractor to remove approximately 1,500 sf off the back of my historic home and then build back out an approximate addition of 2,000 sf. He also built an attached covered deck on another approximate 1,000 sf. I then used his services regularly on smaller projects up until the time my family relocated from Florida (though we still own that home). I cannot say enough good things about David Richardson and his team. His work in every facet was top notch and any suggestions he had on how to approach a problem was almost always the right way to go (sometimes it was the less expensive option, as well). Bottom line, D.E. Richardson treated my home as if it were there own. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: David did a complete remodel of a townhouse for me. He was very patient with my inability to make decisions, and he gently guided me to where I needed to be. He is perfectionist regarding the quality of the work his company provides, and I highly recommend him.
