When we were living in a horrible living situation with a rental home and it began effecting the health and safety of our family we knew it was time to get OUT! I contacted Chris and Jennifer at CrossView Realty and he was ON IT! He helped us find a lender to get us qualified to purchase a home, and as first time home buyers he walked us through every single step of the process so there were no surprises and we knew what to expect every step of the way. CrossView charged no fees like many other realty companies do and Chris made sure we knew what other expenses we would have along the way (the earnest money deposit, home inspection, etc.) In the end, after looking at several, we found a home that Chris was able to negotiate down to an amazing price. We were in our new home in 35 days from start to finish. Knowing how desperate were were to get out of our home Chris could have really used this to our advantage, but he kept what was in our best interested and what we wanted at the forefront. CrossView's INTEGRITY and DEDICATION to their customers is TOP NOTCH and it really shows in their work! Even after we were in our home, Chris and Jennifer would call to check in and see that things were good or if we needed anything. Jennifer came to our house the day after we moved in with gifts and to see our new home and just to congratulate us and celebrate with us. My family is now safe, healthy and VERY happy in their new home and it is all thanks to CrossView Realty!! I recommend them to EVERYONE and ANYONE who is looking for a new home! There is none better!
