CRAWFORD SPRINKLER SYSTEMS

Mr. Crawford may be a victim of his own success but that doesn't do me any good.I set up an appointment for 3 days later to repair a sprinkler head and he blew me off. I called him to ask where he was, he apologized, said he would be there the next day and I never heard from him again! It's been a week now. He apparently can't waste his time at $75 an hour, his rate as quoted to me, to do a small job. I wish he had just told me he was not interested in my insignificant job. Communication is the key Mr. Crawford. It's not like you had to send a carrier pigeon to get hold of me! Thanks for nothing! I would not recommend this guy unless maybe you have a BIG job!

Went very smoothly. Knowledgeable, punctual and courteous.

Mr. Crawford came out to inspect the system, found that the rain sensor was not functioning. He replaced the sensor free of charge and charged me nothing for the service call since he had just installed the system in June and it was not working. Very timely, responsive and honest.

The owner, Mike Crawford came out to my home as scheduled and provided me with an overall estimate as well as a breakdown of all costs. He drew out a diagram of where the irrigation lines would be laid, how many sprinkler heads would be required, and discussed the type and location of the irrigation control box. He walked me through where/how to submit the application for JEA to come out and install the irrigation meter. Once the meter was installed by JEA, I contacted Mr. Crawford who came back out with his workers and installed the irrigation system. They were prompt, cleaned up the property once the irrigation system was installed, and did a thorough system check prior to leaving the property. Everything Mr. Crawford said he would do, he did. I would definitely use his company again and recommend them to anyone considering installing an irrigation system.
