The quality of the work was good, However they pushed us into the project before we had all the costs of our project. I was told 5 times that I would meet the carpenter and it never happened until I refused to give them a check. We talked to the supervisor several times and he made promises that he didn't carry through with. THe carpenter came later to fix the dormers and as a result there were some marks and a dent in the new roof. Not happy just glad tthey are gone.

It's been a month and still not finished. If you have problem, don't expect them back anytime soon.

Overall Project was scheduled and finished faster than expectations. All registrations with county and permits as needed acquired by them which eleviates a lot of hazzle.

Everything went as promised, did a great job, with replacing my roof.

This company is tops in my book. They are respectful and did everything that was promised, including project clean up after completion. I would recommend them to anybody requesting roof replacement.

These guys are great. They did everything they said they would and did it in a very timely manner. In one day they completely striped , covered and shingled my entire house. They also cleaned up every thing cleaner then it was before starting. Iâ m very impressed.

All went well but if you are considering a TPO roof like I just got, be aware that they are not attractive at all, in my opinion - just a plain white layer. You might want to consider spending a little more for shingles. I wish I had.

We had a major roof leak and had been battling our insurance for a year. When we finally got the insurance payment, we were at our limit for stress on the roof. Kevin, Jared, Martinez and their entire team were so amazing, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. We thought we only had to replace a portion of the roof, but ended up replacing the entire roof. Best money we’ve ever spent!! The quality is better than great. Their crew finished in 2 days. This company really took all the stress away and gave us back peace of mind and a secure home. Thank you!! We’ve already handed out their business cards, highly recommend.

The roof construction itself is quality work. The roofing crew arrived on the time and date specified and cleaned up after their job. My roof passed county inspection. My issue with the company is not with the roof itself, but with their warranty. The salesman advised me this company has a 15-year workmanship warranty on the roofs they install. This was a key determinant to choosing this company over its many competitors in the area. The salesman even showed me examples of competing roofing company sales contracts which indicate only a 5-year standard warranty for work done. The salesman confirmed the cost with Covenant to be higher because of this 15-year warranty. I signed a sales contract which states 12. ALL WORK COVERED BY A 5 YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY. CRC upgrade_warranty applies. The salesman confirmed that their CRC (Covenant Roofing Company) upgrade warranty was to total the roof under a 15-year warranty. He stated I would receive the warranty at the completion of the roof. I was sold. The roof was built. The final CRC inspection was completed by a project manager. I asked about the warranty paperwork. He stated I would receive the papers upon payment. I asked specifically if there were any out of pocket costs. He said he did not know, but that the paperwork would indicate such terms. At a later time, this is the warranty coverage I received: Covenant Roofing Construction, Inc. warrants to you an extended warranty of __15___ years. This warranty is transferable to one new owner. This warranty includes 5 years of unconditional workmanship. An officer of the company will need to perform a maintenance inspection of the roof starting on the 6th year and every year thereafter for the life of the warranty. There will be a fee of $150.00 per inspection for the recertification of the roof. If an inspection is missed the warranty will become void. This warranty does not cover product defects, extreme weather conditions, or acts of God. This warranty does not cover any additional cost to remove and/or reinstall any roof peripherals to complete repair. Needless to say, I was distraught over the additional costs of maintaining this warranty and the indication that it would become null and void if I was non-compliant. After several in-person and phone conversations, there was no remedy to the fact that I would need to make additional payment beyond that of the sales contract if I desired to continue my warranty coverage after 5 years. They did, however, gift me 2 separate VISA gift cards in the amount of $50 and $150 for my inconvenience. The office was pleasant and apologetic in listening to my concern, but apologies will not cover my cost after the initial limitations. I advised them not to sell customers on what they are not actually offering in their agreement and without making such knowledge available to the consumer.

This company refuses to replace a flat roof unless I agree to replace a perfectly good shingle roof that has 25 years of life left in it. They try to strong-arm you into following their company policy which is just a way for them to gain extra work. They did not even go look at the property. Did a visual from the earth and then inaccurately tried to tell me how the flat roof is connected to the home. When I called them out on it I get a Snide response back. Please make sure you are educated about your roofing needs and do not trust any company that tells you that you need more work done than what is actually necessary. I own a property management company and have over 2300 properties. I will never use or recommend this company after dealing with them in this attempt to get a quote.

Very professional, excellent communication both over the phone and via email to let you know each step. No question is to small. Clean up was amazing. Definitely would recommend if you want stress free, quality work and you want it done right.

Covenant Roofing was on time, did not require a down payment, they used drop cloths which collected pieces of my old roof when it was removed, and removed my lightning protection without any damage. When the inspector came to inspect the work he said the roofer did a terrific job - the roof looks great. When I noticed the lightning cables were still on the ground I phoned John the owner of Covenant and he humbly apologized and said my area supervisor would call me promptly. I received the phone call within 5 minutes and said he would be at my home to put the cables on the roof so my lightning company could reinstall the lightning system. I recommend Covent highly for any roofing need.

They are good and fast

We had some issues at first but they explained and made all right

When work was being done no one spoke English. Called when problem because no one understood. No one called back or came to check. When the project completed told of problem . Had to remove shingles and fix. Could have been fixed to begin with if on top of it. Very frustrating!

Covenant Roofing did a wonderful job. Start to finish in two days. Neat and clean. Customer service is top notch. Roof looks fantastic.
