Very professional and friendly. He took pictures of my roof and showed me all the problems. He explained in detail all my options. Went over pricing and selection . And also financing options. Very easy to work with.

Communication was very much lacking. The project got delayed a week and no Communication as to why until I called them for the third time. The first two times I was told that someone would get back to me but never did. Once they got here the work went very well and the project was done in two days. The crew was very professional and am very happy with the roof.

i hired this contractor to install a metal roof but one year later the roof has been leaking, i contacted and they came to fix the issue that has happened multiple times, now that i have once again the issue i spoke with their secretary and they promised me that will reach me back but they never give me an appointment to come back, i need to have the repair once again

Fast, efficient and did a great job. Pictures were taken of all the repairs needed and added to the estimate. The crew sent out was on time and large enough to complete my roof in one day.

Cant rate them. Took my deposit a month ago and I havent heard from them since.

Due to weather, some hold ups were understandable but I needed to call them to find out new times. Not great communication .

Honest roofers. They only did what was needed to repair the roof and didn't try to sell me a new roof like others I had come out. The repair was done in a timely manner and the customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend them.

We hired them to fix and repair our roof on an outdoor patio and a hole that was in the soffit and we sat down with the salesmen who were very professional and courteous and explained what our needs were. He explained that the best option was to replace the entire roof which we agreed upon at a cost of 6500 plus the cost of lumber. Once the work had started and they had to remove the gutters which we knew was expected and we also would be responsible for attaching them back. What we did not know or realize once we came home and the gutters were laying in the yard is that they had completely mangled and destroyed the gutters, that was only a year old, and we would in no way be able to reattach them back so now we had extra cost out of our pocket. On the last day of completion, we noticed the hole was still in the soffit so we called our salesman and he said it was not covered after we had sat in our kitchen and explained the importance of that hold being fixed. So after the cost of the new roof which came to about $8000, a hole that we have to hire someone else to fix and the gutters company to come back out and put on new gutters again, our price will probably cost us over $10,000 dollars. I WOULD NOT recommend this company at all especially if you have gutters because the bottom line on the contract is going to keep going and going up. Very disappointed with this company!

A little bit expensive but great work well worth the money that was spent

The workmanship was excellent. Customer service was nonexistent, I never knew what was going on. I and E packing up and leaving due to inspection problems

From Salesman to final inspection I was always informed. The crew worked tirelessly for two days. They were diligent with keeping the area clean and removing nails and other debris. We would highly recommend this company.

Other than not notifying me that they had to change the installation date back a day on the date it was to be installed., they did a very professional job.

Sales and service were very helpful. Kevin S. made the experience easy for us which kept the stress level down! Recommended.

They were very friendly I like them a lot and will use them again in the future.
