I have an annual contract with them for $140. They are great. I'd give them an A. They get A's all the way. They're affordable, prompt and professional. One guy came out and he owns the business. He's very professional.

They came out for a maintenance check up.

They put that in but I have been trying to get them back for service and they haven’t. They were certainly quick to come out and to make the installation but their customer service is not what I want it to be. My air conditioning went out two or three weeks ago and I couldn’t get an appointment for them to come out. They recommended some do-it-yourself stuff and the do-it-yourself actually worked but I was really hoping that whatever service the air conditioning system might need they would come out and do and I still don’t know if I have to call somebody out to service it, so that was the disappointment and I have bought the things from them but I haven’t seen them since. Being a new home owner I don’t know if I have a system that needs filtered change or any kind of regular maintenance and looks like I have to look for somebody else to do that, the system worked but now I am trying somebody who is responsible enough to come out and do whatever regular maintenance is required and they seem reluctant to do that. I don’t know where they are located. I took three quotes and the price was little bit less than anybody else. I don’t know if they have a lot of work down there.

They gave me a very competitive quote. They were very thorough and very clean. They had the best price.
