Never heard a peep from this company. Never received a phone call or an email for my project.

We have been doing some remodeling and have been using Ed Conte for about a year now. After using several other electrical contractors in town with less than stellar results, we found Ed Conte. Ed is extremely knowlegeable, professional, and thorough. He arrives when he says he will, he is honest and an amazing electrician. I have confidently recommended him to all our neighbors and he's generated many fans around here. I won't hire anyone else for my electrical work.

After requesting a quote over a weekend right around the holidays, Ed was the first to contact me. He then stopped by to measure and ensure he got all the right tools and material to perform the job. He was very professional and did a great job installing the outlet where requested. Ed is definitely someone I would hire in the future for my electrical needs.

Ed Conte (Conte Electric) installed a generator circuit with disconnect and lockout along with installing other electrical outlets. He also obtained all permits for us and arranged the inspection, which passed with flying colors. Not only is his work top-notch, but Ed is easy to get a hold of, professional, responsive, and reasonably priced! Ed also took the time necessary to explain how to use the new generator. We could not be happier with the work performed, and can highly recommend his services. We would definitely hire again.

Ed was very quick to call and set up a time to price my job. Shortly after that we agreed upon a date and time for him to start and everything went as expected. He is detail oriented and left me with a neat and clean install.

No work was done. I initially contacted Ed because of his company’s positive reviews on Angie’s List. I believe he canceled coming to our house because other customers had bigger larger jobs. That is my opinion because Ed told me that everyone was calling him at the same time. I don’t know how well he works, but from my perspective his customer service is sorely lacking.

Ed was great. He worked with us to determine the hardware needed to deliver the effect we wanted. Even though it required equipment that he hadn't used before, he was easily able to adapt. Ed is a real nice guy and a true electrician.

Edward Conte's initial response for a quote was very quick. Appointments were kept promptly and work done efficiently. Mr. Conte was very helpful; suggesting where to locate lighting, etc. I would highly recommend his services and I would hire him again for future work.

Ed arrived on time. Performed all work as we had discussed. Installed 240V 50A breaker in main breaker box in garage installed and 240V 50A GFI water tight breaker box near tub Verified wiring from main box to GFI box wired GFI breaker box into hot tub Looks professional, works great!

Conte Electric was informed that one of five ceiling fans was at least 16 feet high and that new remotes may need to be replaced in several of the existing older ceiling fans. When Mr. Conte arrived, he could not adjust or replace the ceiling fan that was at least 16 feet high because he did not have a ladder to go that high and that he was uncomfortable with heights. Mr. Conte did replace the three ceiling fans on the second floor of the home but one fan was poorly installed. The two flush-mount ceiling fans were installed just fine. The one ceiling fan that required an 18" pole extension was installed with the fan module slightly crooked, at a slight angle. Mr. Conte claimed that was the best that could be done because it was in incorrect pole extension. I checked with the fan maker and confirmed that it was the pole extension that they recommended. Mr. Conte never bothered to come back to fix his inadequate work. I will now have to pay someone else to come back to fix Mr. Conte's work. He's a nice man but I was not happy with the overall final outcome.

Ed Conte got back to me in a timely manner and came out to the house at a time that was convenient for us. He was courteous, pleasant and did a good job. He even came with the extra part and wasn't going to charge us for it until I asked him how much we owed for the part. I talked to him about some other work we were considering and he told us it would not be worth it for us to spend the extra money. Imagine a contractor who doesn't want to charge us for something we don't need. It was a nice surprise. We will definitely call Ed the next time we have need of an electrician. He's a keeper. I also recommended him to a friend who is looking at having some electrical work done. Thanks a lot Ed.

He came out and did the work in a few days. He kept in touch with us on the schedule. The work was perfect. It was worth the money to have someone put them up!
