I had a screen enclosure just completed by CSNF. Its workmanship turned out to be okay since all work was subbed out. However, the way they managed the project is totally unacceptable. The construction took 4 months after receiving the quot. Besides numerous delays, I had to deal with 6 different managers in different phases of the project. None of these people communicated their work plan and status proactively. With the exception of the last one, all others were unresponsive in returning calls or texts. I had to stop the workers from installing undersized bolts to anchor the structural frames to the footing. And then took me 2 weeks to convince the company that using these bolts were a code violation. I received an invoice requesting the final payment right away but found out the final County inspection was never scheduled. I will not recommend CSNF to anyone.

It was high quality, prompt service and responsive to my needs. The workers seemed like nice, professional guys.

Scott and Vic did a great job. This was a new area and they were able to access the property survey and home plans on line. Quote was accurate and quick. Prices were competitive and the work was excellent. On some follow up questions about gutters Scott told me what I needed and while they did not carry the 7 inch I needed he found another provider and gave me the website. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend you check with them before you decide. It will be worth you time.

The gutters look and work great. David came out personally and installed our gutters in one day. He was extremely professional and we hardly noticed he was here until he was gone and realized how much better our gutters looked. I would absolutely recommend this company too anyone that is looking for new gutters.

He did a great job. He is very attentive to details. He was here when he said he would be here.
