They installed our computer and explained to us how to use email and Skype. The computer technician even showed us how to use the webcam. They are simply wonderful and very patient.
Description of Work: he installed Skype and showed us how to use it. Very patient and outgoing.

My phone was not under manufacturers warranty and when I called Conquer Your PC he honored the warranty even tho it was 2 years old and gave me a break on the price of a phone. He even gave me a discount on the phone plan.
Description of Work: He shipped me a brand new phone with a SIM card as I needed.
