Description of Work: Needed a new patio poured, and he did call me to come out and do an estimate. We decided it was fair, and he would do the work. Told me it would be at least 3 weeks when he came, and then called one night and said he would be here in the morning. I was out of town, but my husband was here. Only about a week had passed. I wanted to be here to make sure things were right, but his workers, to access our backyard had to remove the gate post and a section of fence and didn't replace it properly. It looks terrible up around our bay window, where it was cut. I called him and told him I was not happy with the way it looked, and he said he would come out that week and look at it, and see what he could put down. He still has not been here, and it has been 3 weeks now. Not a satisfied customer.

Description of Work: Bob and his crew were very professional and efficient. They removed and replaced about 70 feet of concrete driveway that had been badly cracked and uplifted by tree roots. New driveway looks great. I would certainly recommend concrete works to a friend or neighbor.

Description of Work: They repaired about half of my driveway which was cracked and sinking. Started demo about 8am and had the new cement poured and were cleaning up by 1:30pm. They returned the next day to put in expansion joints. I was very happy with driveway repair, would use this company again and highly recommend them.

+ 1 moreA friend referred Concrete Works to us in April. We had already received an estimate of $15,600 to complete the job. Concrete Works provided an estimate which was over $4,000 less than the other company. The other company counter offered with an estimate of $13,500 which was still higher than Concrete Works. I also checked Angie's list and found that Concrete Works was listed and had a great rating. The job started on a Monday and was completed by Thursday with the exception of expansion joint cuts which were completed by that Saturday. The original start date was delayed due to inclemental weather. Concrete Works provided notice of the delay and rescheduled. The experience was very pleasant. All expectations were exceeded with cost, professionalism, quality and timeliness. I would definitely recommend Concrete Works to others.
Description of Work: Provided an estimate for a 5000 square foot driveway. Services included clearing area, filling in with dirt, leveling planned area, forming up driveway, and pouring concrete. The job occurred over a 5 day period.

+ 0 moreI was in the market for a concrete slab foundation for a small vinyl shed. I had spent several weeks getting verbal estimates. The estimates ranged in price from $500 - $1,100. After making a couple of verbal agreements and having contractors not follow-up or show-up to do the agreed work., I was becoming frustrated. A co-worker recommended Bob Davidson of Concrete Works. I called Bob and discussed the project. To save on expenses Bob recommended a block paver foundation. He also said he and his crew could assemble the shed (this was before he saw the shed). He called early the next morning and said he could come by for a site inspection and possibly do the job the same day. I met him before work to show him where I wanted to put the shed and the two large boxes in my garage which contained the unassembled shed. His crew was finishing up another job and would begin my job later that day. Later in the afternoon Bob called to let me know he had looked at the assembly instructions for the shed. He advised it was much more detailed than he thought (I expected this) and they wouldn't be able to assemble it the same day. He would also need to increase the cost to pay his guys for another day. I felt his original estimate was on the low side for the work I thought would be involved in assembling the shed. Therefore, I was willing to pay additional. I also appreciated that he discussed this with me prior to beginning the assembly of the shed. They came back the next day assembled the shed, discarded the boxes, and cleaned up their work site. I couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Concrete Works. Bob Davidson was professional, prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use him again.
