The response was quick and professional on the phone, and they set me up for an appointment the next day in a timeframe that was convenient for me. Nicholas arrived as scheduled, and was very professional. I got the feeling he and this company have been doing this business for a long time, as he was very efficient in cleaning my computer. He was also able to talk to me and answer my questions, and had a great personality! The price was competitive, and I think reasonable given the high level of service. I even setup an additional appointment for him to help with my small business website. I really appreciate the service, and would recommend Nicholas and Computer Solutions of Jacksonville for any computer problems or really any technical problems you may have. Very good company!
Description of Work: They did a great job of cleaning my computer of viruses and spyware, in the convenience of my home during the evening. I also purchased some virus protection which seems to be working well.

+ -1 moreI called Computer Solutions and later stopped out at their office on Beach Blvd. Nick did a great job of estimating my needed repairs and got me fixed up straight away. I picked up my computer two days later, and everything was great! I'd recommend them because they picked up their phone the first time I called, and got my computer fixed good and in a reasonable amount of time. So many others I called didn't pickup or didn't seem like they were serious and professional about fixing my computer. Thanks Computer Solutions and FixMyPCJax.com!
Description of Work: Complete computer cleanup. They got all the spyware off my system, and it's running like new. They also set me up with good protection against viruses and spyware.
