Sales process and price were very good. Installers we a bit sloppy and spilled water from the unit onto our carpet. The air handler was in the attic and had to be removed from inside the closet. They didn't put down a drop cloth even after I mentioned it to them before they spilled the water.

They are incredible. There are so many people out there that promise one thing and deliver another. I know the owners Don Richards. They ran into some problems because of our previous unit. They were able to fix it. That problem was before they came. They inherited it. He definitely knows what he is doing. He can do the work too. He is just not telling the others what to do. He has reliable staff. You can trust them. You know it is an investment when you buys your air conditioning and heating system. You can trust them. They are fair. It is expensive but fair because you know it is expensive. They came out when it was convenient for us. They were super super busy but they worked with us. I would totally recommend them. It was for three units. He gave us a fair price. We shopped around. My husband is an engineer so he number crunches for a living. You can get it and not have it done right but he definitely stands by his work. Great customer service and gave us advice. We felt like we knew what we were getting and we are happy with it. It has made a difference in our house and our utility bill. I would definitely recommend them.

Using the AC in Florida is a matter of life or a life of sweating to death! When we needed both of our air handlers replaced we turned to Complete Air Systems. Since the installation in 2007, they have maintained our systems regularly. The upstairs air handler is our attic which often means working for long periods of time in exhausting heat. These guys are exceptional. Polite, trustworthy and never overcharge. I maintain a maintenance contract annually and they offer a discount on services that fall outside of the contract too. I refer them to everyone, including friends who own property in town but travel. When you cannot be home for a contractor you need to be able to trust the crew. These guys are great and have never disappointed me when I've referred them.

They were out within 24-hours. They got confused. They showed up but at the wrong place. It was an honest mistake.

They did fine. Everything was fine. The only thing was he wanted to do some repairs and I can't afford them. Considering the unit is only five years old, I shouldn't even have a problem. I would recommend them. He cleaned everything and he checked the electrical parts. He did a good job just checking everything out.

They were excellent. We called them; they came, and took care of the problems. They were punctual and did everything they said they were going to do.

They're very good. They're very nice people. They're family-owned and they did everything in a timely manner. They were really neat. They're just more than the best and I don't remember how I really found them but they were really good. They gave me the best price. The quality of work is excellent.

Excellent, my AC went out, I called and Don was at my door within the hour. He saw the outside unit was working but the blower was not. After checking a module that was still working he determined that the motor was bad. He picked up the part, installed it and the unit was working great. All this was completed within 2 hours after his arrival at my house. Again, excellent service and I would recommend this company to everyone!

Don was on time, very professional and make quick work of checking out and cleaning up my system. He even made a suggestion about sealing my duct work, explaining how I could do the job myself with a product purchased at a hardware store, or he told me a rough estimate of what they might charge me. I'd definitely use them in the future.

Needed to get service and establish a relationship with a new AC company. This company came highly recommended by my son-in-law, and I scheduled them for service. They arrived on time, performed services needed and recommended corrective steps for my three systems, which they did while they were here. I have two Trane air handler/compressor units and a Mitsubishi split system. They servied all systems. They were professional, efficient, gave me clear reports and were overall very helpful. I think I have found a winner.

Overall experience with this company has been exceptional.

The guys are great to deal with - they are honest and do not try to sell you things you don't need. They gave me several options for the work I needed and did not press for the most expensive option. A very ethical and pleasant company to deal with.

Complete Air Systems is a new company in the area and did a real good job for us. My mother-in-law recommended them, and I am glad she did. The new Carrier unit cools better than our old one, even when it was working fine. We made a good choice.
