Helped select product types, sizes and colors, helped minimize cost through careful product selection, and conducted business in a friendly, professional and timely manner. Although my job was relatively small, their attention and customer service was everything you would expect from a high quality service provider. Their product selection is excellent and we are very happy with our new windows and doors.

This is the local Marvin distributor. I wanted wood interior windows so my options were more limited. I went to Coastal Sash and Door and they told me about a newer Marvin product that was less expensive than the custom Marvin's but almost all the same features. The rep came out to my home with the installer first to determine if the Marvin Integrity windows would work for my home. They were very professional and the windows were delivered for installation within the time frame they promised. Since another company does the actual installation, I had to wait another week but I knew ahead of time this was a possibility and the slight delay wasn't an issue for me.
