Description of Work: Our dining room table was damaged. Coastal Colors came out and repaired in a very short period of time. Now you can't see the damage. Excellent work.

+ -1 moreI had sent them some pictures of my sofa and gave me a quote for the work. When they came out they found another spot that needed repair. They only charged me what I was quoted. They do a very good job.

I had to initiate follow-up phone call to see if he actually wanted the work. Highly recommend that you receive a written estimate, not verbal estimate, prior to work being completed. Quality of work outstanding.
Description of Work: Repaired wooden rocker arms (broken off). Strengthened all connections.

+ -1 moreChecked the Lane website for authorized repair service providers - 2 locations did not service furniture that wasn't bought from that store - was referred to Coastal Color. On 08-11-08, I spoke with Brian & since I still had the original tag with serial #, he would not have to come out for the estimate. He stated that the parts were still warranted & that I would just need to pay for his labor. It would take about 2 weeks to get the parts & he would be out the 3rd week. I called him back on 09-09-08 since I hadn't heard from him. We then scheduled the repair for 09-26-08.
Description of Work: Replace 2 reclining mechanisms on Lane sofa.
