COASTAL COATING RESURFACING

For more than 20 years, Coastal Coating has been like a superhero for our pool deck, making sure it’s the star of our backyard. They first worked their magic 22 years ago, and every 5 to 6 years, they’ve come back to keep it looking great and strong with their top-notch recoating work. Not long ago, Coastal Coating did a big makeover on our pool space that made it look brand new. They put in a cool slate-style border around the edge, which makes the pool look better and safer to use. The end result is amazing—it fits perfectly with our yard and makes the whole outdoor area feel welcoming. Their work really shows they care about the little things, they’re committed to doing a great job, and they’re super skilled. The team is very professional, and the way their coatings last a long time shows they know what they’re doing. They did a really great job. The work they did was very nice and it was Euro stones they did. Their follow up after work is inconsistent. The product was fine though so I would have nothing to say bad about them. I was just surprised that they didn't followed up.

Mark originally gave us date in late September to redo our pool deck. When he was delayed in doing another job, he contacted us to see if he could fit us in. He did the work per the quote plus a little more. His crew was thorough and meticulous. In fact one his guys said he does it right the first time because he doesn't want to come back to repair something he did poorly. The completed deck looks like a million dollars.

Coastal Coating applied acrylic to a new pool we had built in 2003. They were thorough about preparing the concrete and took great care to ensure that they didn't over-spray onto the house structures or surrounding surfaces. The coating proved to be an excellent design feature as well as highly durable. We were speculative that the coating would weather well on an existing slab that we had incorporated in the patio.. As it turns out, the coating was flawless and there was no flaking or lifting on the old concrete. At some point, we had to cut out roughly a three-foot square in our patio to repair a leak. Once the concrete was re-poured, Coastal Coating came back out to apply the acrylic to the patch and apply a light re-coat on the entire patio. The final result was fantastic. You couldn't discern that there had ever been any portion cut out and surfaced at a later time.

Overall, the work done was outstanding. Matt and Kenny were very hard workers and very professional. The only problem we had was that the finished decking was rough and prickly, not what we were expecting. The crew came back out about two weeks later and resanded the surface. The finished product looks as good as it feels. We are thrilled with the end product and the price was reasonable. Mark also recommended Schnorr Home Improvent for some screen and patio cover and they did a super job as well!

Coastal Coating Resurfacing did a very good job on my porches. They got the job done very quickly. They were very clean. The price that they quoted me was very close to what I was expected to pay.
