COAST TO COAST ROOFING

It took a long time to actually have the service done. They would not return my calls and did not show up for appointments. When they did show up to do the work it was on Easter.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. It is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The entire experience was awful. I understand that roofers have issues when it rains and that it might delay them on their work orders, but we were told on 6 different occasions that they would be out to fix our leak. After the first "no show" we were understanding and requested that if they were running behind or would be unable to show up that they please call us and let us know. Every time we had a no show we would call the office again, their receptionist, Vikki, would apologize, tell us that they would make it by the end of the week and that they would call if they couldn't make it. The worst was Vikki telling us that they would be out on the July 4th weekend. We even questioned the date because we thought it was odd they would work on a holiday weekend. She assured us that they would be out and if something came up they would call. Consequently, we canceled our July 4th plans to be home to meet the roofers, we ended up with another no show and no phone call. After the 5th no show with no phone call to let us know, we requested to talk to Kyle, he called us back approximately an hour later (this is the only phone call we have recieved from them in the last 7 weeks). He apologized and said that we shouldn't have been promised any work dates because of the rain and he would try and have someone out by the end of the week. When that Friday rolled around, we hadn't heard any more news so we called the office. Vikki said they would be out on that Sat morning, the very next day and that they would call if they could not show. Guess how that turned out? It ended up being our 6th no show without a phone call. Monday morning I called the office and requested to talk to someone higher, a manager, owner, someone. I have yet to hear from someone. Our little $500 leak has know turned into a big leak from sitting for the last 7 weeks. Once again, I do not recommend this company to anyone. It is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Efficiency at its best. The crews were on-time, courteous, and professional. What would have taken another company several days was completed in a day and a half. The roof is gorgeous and the noise was kept to a minimum. My wife, at home with new 6 week old twins, was never bothered or felt like she was displaced. The owner/sales manager, Ryan, is confident, just and understands that this is a major undertaking for you. He treats you with respect and calls you back very quickly when you have problems. Look around, these prices won't be beat
