Description of Work: They installed new gutters and did an excellent job. I had some reservations about the color of the downspouts and they were very responsive and professional about my hesitation. The salesman came back out to see what new color I wanted after talking to him and going over color samples again ended up with the same color and they finished the same day. Great guys!

Description of Work: The technicians installed 3 irrigation zones, outdoor controller, back flow device, rain sensor and a hose bibb. Everything was attached to my city irrigation meter. They arrived a day early and went right to work, which was great. Everything was completed in one day. They explained how the system operates and cleaned up behind themselves. If everything goes well, I plan on using this company for all of my irrigation needs.

+ 0 moreThe work was completed in 2 phases - the gutter first which took only a few hours including hauling away old drainage pipes. My home has increased in value due to the exceptional work and the way the gutter blends in with the color of the roof. It looks amazing. I also don't get soaked anymore when I step on my front porch during a rainstorm. Part 2 was to address the flooding and lack of proper drainage in the backyard. This was a big job because they had to remove remnants left over from another contractor who botched the job. Clearwater's staff was professional, never once mentioning the poor workmanship of the prior company. They simply went to work, removed the old materials and installed a drainage system I call miraculous. I've since been through several soaking rains and my porch didn't have a single drop of water and there has been no standing water in my yard.The gentlemen who worked on both projects were polite, trustworthy and above all hard working. This was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Clearwater Irrigation again with absolutely NO reservations.
Description of Work: Installed a drainage system to eliminate major flooding in my backyard and on my porch. Many times rain water barely avoided flooding the inside of my house. Since the work was completed my porch has remained dry through some of the worst storms I've ever seen and I no longer have standing water in my yard. He also installed a gutter on the front of my house which is not only functional but aesthetically pleasing.

Not only he is the first one who respond to my request for estimate, but also he offers the best solution according my situation and very fair quote. I communicated with several personel from Clear Water Irragation, and I can tell this is a good company made with a group of professional and hardworking American. Job was well done. Their professional service does stop after I gave the check. They provide excellent warranty on their works with no excuse. The best part is that Jon Haney, the fun company owner will come to fix anything upon I request.
Description of Work: Prepare ground for new sod and build the irragation system for my lawn.

+ -1 moreAfter getting new gutters put on my home, I had to do something to get the water away from the house. I had a few companies I found on here come out and give an estimate. I was dumbfounded when they only wanted to run drainpipe 10 feet from the house out into the middle of the lawn. That didn't seem right to me.. What good would that do? I found Clear Water on Angie's List and Jon came out the very next day to do an estimate. Jon introduced himself as the owner of the company and walked the house with me discussing the best plan of action for each gutter. Jon even brought out his laser to make sure the necessary slope was there for what he planned to do. Jon spent well over an hour measuring and walking the property with me. Jon was VERY thorough and even took into account the diameter of the drainpipe based on how many gutters were feeding into a specific catch basin. Jon gave me an estimate and I ended up breaking the project into 3 separate phases because it was not economically feasible for me to do the entire house at the same time. Jon and his crew came out a few days later to start the front of the house, which consisted of trenching, connecting drainpipe to the two front gutters together, going under the sidewalk, and installing a 12x12 catch basin at the front curb. They were in and out within the day and left everything looking great, and it even rained that night and I got to see it in action. Even though a drainpipe project isn't the most exciting renovation to do to a property, it was necessary for us. I plan to do the additional 2 phases with Jon in a few weeks and would HIGHLY recommend Clearwater for any drainpipe installation needs.

+ -1 moreOverall happy with work. Small problem because of timing of work. The installers were extremely early 2 to 3 hours and we were not home to finalize colors and location of downspouts. The estimator had made notes during the appointment with my wife but we did not think they were binding. we never signed anything. We are ok with the color but they had to come back and move the downspout. Corrections were made to our satisfaction. We will use this company again for our back gutters and to rework our sprinkler system.

Description of Work: Service call due to leak in sprinkler system also repair of sprinkler heads. Called the office and was able to make an appointment for the next day. The technician called before his arrival and was on time. He repaired the sprinkler head and added the valve in a reasonable amount of time. He left and we discovered one of the faucets wasn't Working , we called the office and he returned within half an hour to correct the problem.

+ 0 moreThe drainage system worked fine until we had one of one of our North Florida "floods" and again the water backup under the house ruining my a/c ducts. I called and asked for help specifically with having the system reworked and a sump pump installed under the house. Was advised that because of the flood no one had any pumps and they would contact me as soon as possible. No one ever called. I called a second time and asked for the ower to call me. He never called. I had a second company re-work the drainage system and install a sum pump under the house. ** Several months later I asked for an estimate for gutter replacement or repair. They promptly came out and made a few repairs and suggested I replace some of the gutters and possibly add gutter "guards". They were to call with an estimate. They never called. I called again and someone promptly showed up took measurements and advised me they would be sending me an estimate. It never arrived. I called and left a message for the owner to call. Now well over a week has passed and no one call.
Description of Work: For the record the date of service is a guess. Clearwater installed a drainage system by connecting all my gutter downspouts and several grates in the yard that allows rain water to drain to the street rather than collect under my house. They also came by to give me an estimate of gutters and or gutter repair.

+ 0 moreIt was an extensive and difficult job as this is an older neighborhood with a lot of mature trees and small lots. They arrived as promised and did an excellent job. They were careful with my sprinkler system and existing lawn and though some lawn disruption is inevitable with drainage, it was minimal. While they were here I also asked them to do some updating on my sprinkler system, install some granite rock to make a walkway and do some mulching. I plan to have them back to put leaf guards on the gutters. They are very responsive, work hard and do an excellent job. As a side, I used them for a smaller job several years ago and result was excellent.
Description of Work: I had Clearwater come out and install drainage in a bungalow in the San Marco area. They also updated the sprinkler system, installed some rock and re-mulched some of the beds.

Description of Work: Jon Haney, gave us a very competitive estimate. I called him on the phone to question the estimate as a few other companies had 7 zones listed as his estimate was for 6. He told me his experience level in the field allows hime to give very accurate estimates and if it turned out I needed a 7th zone he would add it at no charge. This impressed me. I told him I would give him a decision in a few days. I looked over reviews of a couple other companies and decided after talking to a customer he referred me to and the good things she had to say I decided he could get my business. When the day came the lawn had already been marked off with spray paint of all my underground utilities so I was sure he pulled a permit. He had a crew of 4 that showed up and they must of worked most of a day and humped through a rather hot spring day. The work crew were very methodical and used precision in using a trencher as I figured our phone line would probably be cut. The crew supervisor told me later when they get near anything that is marked they dig by hand to make sure the chance of cutting anything doesn't happen. I was very impressed how the crew worked together like a well oiled machine. After about 8 to 9 hours I had fully functional sprinkler system and received a very detailed explanation of how the system was programmed and recommended operation and watering days. The supervisor was very precise on how long each zone should run and also recommendations for what time the system should start up in the morning to reduce chances of root rot etc.... I have already recommend Clearwater to a coworker and my next door neighbor. Jon does give referral bonus if someone signs up with them. I believe my coworker will go with him for sprinklers and sod both. I can't say enough right now but he uses Rainbird equipment with a warranty on heads, controllers, and other parts for 5 years. He gives you 2 years on labor. This is a company I think you can trust and his field supervisor is a definite asset as I asked him multiple questions about where to get the best sod and other questions pretaining to landscapping.
