+ -1 moreHe alwayss arrives on the specified date and on time. He completes the job within the time estimated. Once there was heavy rain and wind forcast for the scheduled date, he called the day before reccomending us to reschedule due to the weather, which we did.
Description of Work: Lance cleans and pressures our house, lanai and drive every year for the past few years. He does an excellent job!
