Inspected outer unit, found that it was clogged with leaves causing it to not be able to exchange air over coils. Checked air handler, found stopped up drain pan that was causing unit to shut down from condensation, cleaned and flushed drain. Ran test, validated cooling, cleaned up and provided information on what he found and what he did to resolve, Very reasonable price for the amount of time and effort to clean out everything, No pressure to buy any ongoing services that you do not need, nothing but outstanding service. Fantastic experience.

We spent about $400 on that service. We will continue to use them.

We needed to replace the 15 year old HVAC in our house. We had three estimates, which were about the same, except that Classic offered us the option to zone our house. We would have different zones and could heat and cool each area separately. This idea appealed to us. They were on time everyday. Replacing and adding new ducts to previously unheated areas (FL room and laundry room) took the longest, only because they were working in the attic, running new duct work and setting up the zones. We had a choice how to zone the house. We ended up with four zones. The main living area, master bedroom, kids' rooms and FL room. Once everything was in place, it worked great. They cleaned up all the work spaces, so there was nothing left behind for us to clean. We no longer have to cool the entire house to the same temperature. We can heat and cool areas based on our daily needs in the various parts of the house. Classic is a small business, so we knew that the people who gave us the estimate were also the same people who performed the work. There was no confusion between what we wanted done and the work that was actually performed. I prefer a small business because of the more personalized service and Classic was a perfect fit for our needs.
