When we ordered it, the quality wasn't good, and we just didn't like. Usually they won't let you return a special purcase, but they worked with us, returned it, and they actually let us pick out a new one in the show room. They even delivered it to us. We picked up the first one to save the delivery cost. After they came out to look at the chair, and they agreed it had some issues. They offered to work with us with store credit, and delivered it without charging us. I would use them again, and recommend them. When I was checking out, I had mentioned I liked another piece of furniture, and the woman that was checking out with, she hands my husband a gift card for $100 off. She didn't have to do that, that to me was an added thing that they wanted us to come back. I do also want to recommend the representative who worked with us. She was very professional, and really cared about our needs. Her name was Mary Kay.
