Excellent. This company is wonderful. They were on time and worked diligently. I had a crew of 4 do the packing and a crew of 2 moving, and I was pleased with all of them. If I had to move again from where I am now, I'd definitely give them a call.

Three movers were hired for the job and they were so polite, respectful, and professional. They had great personalities, which made us feel like we were in good hands. They arrived on-time ready to work. They were fast and efficient with moving the furniture, yet while being safe with our possessions. They moved things several times to make sure that we were happy with the placement, and they move items out of the way to do so. They hooked up the washer and dryer in the new home better than a professional installer. They reassembled the bed so quickly and efficiently and with so much care, it was like they owned it in their own home. They were above and beyond, even to properly install a mirror. They were truly amazing and they best decision made for our local move. After the move, they called to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We could not be more pleased.

We used Chase Moving this weekend. They were top-notch and work extremely hard. They sent two team members to help us pack the day before. The owner is very customer-service driven, which is rare in today's business world. He is very proactive and responsive to any issues or concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.

It went great, the movers were kind and very respectful. They kept moving furniture around until everyone was happy. The movers were enjoyable to be with and able to take a joke and have fun. they were a little late but they called us ahead of time. We would use them again and would recommend them to friends.

It was the best moving experience I have ever had. I will never move again, unless we win power ball. If it happens we are calling Chase Richardson Movers. They were professional and he used pro movers, not day labor, a huge plus. Chase Richardson Movers was recommended by his brother and I recommend him to anyone wanting to move anywhere. Amazing service! definite recommendation !! We were moving our furniture into a storage container and needed help with the big furniture items in the house. From the first conversation with Shana, in the office, to the minute the movers left, we had great service. The storage container was not dropped off when we originally wanted it and Zach was very flexible and understanding. We ended up packing one of our units ourselves (which proved to be a fail). We were worried that all of our furniture would not fit, but the guys just moved things around and fit it all together like a puzzle piece. They were very cautious and careful with our furniture and very friendly. They were there a total of 5 hours and worked hard the whole time without taking breaks, other than the quick sip of water. Very hard workers!! It was a little longer than we would have liked to pay for, but understood that loading a storage container takes a little more time and precision. Also, we would rather pay for the extra time,knowing that our stuff was packed up correctly and consideration was used when storing. It was $225 for the first two hours and $75 per hour after that. I called 3 other places to compare and Chase was the most affordable and the most available/flexible.

I am a repeat customer for them. My experience with them has been very good. I was actually recommended to them by an old, 50 year, furniture refinishing companies in town. Most of their staff was too old to move furniture nowadays so they recommend Chase Richardson and they did a great job. They showed up where they were supposed to and showed up on time. I used them a second time to pick up furniture from a coworker in Orange Park. There were only two pieces of furniture but still to get bulky glass furniture from Orange Park to the North side of Jackson without any issue was wonderful. They would be A's across the board.
