Agent will annoy you with multiple calls/e-mails asking the smallest of questions, often 3-5x per DAY. Must watch their movers like a hawk to make certain what they take actually ends up in the truck. Also, they "refer" the newly moved to local real estate agents, collecting 1/2% off the commission of the selling broker. Be mindful if all of a sudden the broker is a lot less interested in helping you.

We are having a problem with them selling our house. It is quite involved and it deals with the government, so it is not your average experience. They are supposed to give you the equity from the home right away and they did not, even after three weeks. The packing went well and everything has been shipped. I'm not sure if I would use them again.
Description of Work: The government hired this company to move my household from Puerto Rico to Florida. They packed everything and shipped it. They even bought our house.
