They replaced broken heads, cleaned the entire system and got it all working again. They were very friendly and helpful, and did a great job!

Received an estimate within a few days of contacting them. Extremely professional and helpful with what I needed, and beat every other price offered by others. I was told ordering the specific bricks could take up to 3 weeks to receive, which I didn't mind, the next day was told bricks were in and job would be complete at the end of the weekend. Patio looks amazing, they even replaced my sod where it was damaged and reset the irrigation, most companies won't do that. George was easy to work with, and kept me updated on the process. I will definitely be using them again for all my future lawn projects very soon.

Great. First they killed the existing lawn to rid it of weeds and pests. They raked, grated and packed the soil before laying the new sod. The installation was very smooth. It has been a few weeks now and the lawn has taken well, is very green and looks great.

C & L is a very professional company, they arrived on time and completed the job ahead of schedule. The work they did was outstanding. We have had this work performed many times in prior homes and they did the best work of all of our jobs. The amount of work we had performed was extensive, everything from moving trees to installing a large patio and many landscape beds. The end result was that C & L made the outside of our home beautiful. To me, the best indication of an exceptional company is how they take care of things after the job is completed. We had a few minor tweaks that we wanted adjusted after they had left the job and the company reacted immediately to our requests. Their follow-up service was excellent. They are not inexpensive, but the quality of their work and service makes their pricing a value. I would highly recommend them!

Very well, Technician was extremely competent, and ensured all sprinkler heads had optimal spray pattern and coverage.

During Hurricane Mathew, we lost 3 large trees. Their uprooting and removal created an incredible mess, left deep stump holes and huge, deep, muddy tracks, pulled up sprinkler pipes and destroyed large areas of our lawn and landscaping. We chose C&L Landscaping for restoration based on Angie’s List recommendations. What a great choice! They came to our property immediately, explained thoroughly every step of all that they would do and quoted a reasonable price. We accepted and they started work the next day. The finished work was immaculate and thorough. They did everything they said they would do and then some. Best of all, every one of their people had 10+ years with C&L – they were all experienced and knowledgeable. They worked non-stop. They were extremely courteous, helpful and respectful. They listened to our needs, which sometimes changed as we went along, and made sure we were satisfied at every stage. If all contractors were like C&L, it would be an easier world. Highly, highly recommended!

I purchased their offer for a sprinkler system check. They made a timely appointment and were on time for it. There was work needed on several of the heads and it was fine tuned. When he left the system was working as it should.

It went perfect. They were on time and did what I needed. Now my lawn has no brown spots of area which water wasn't reaching. Had a problem with 3 heads not popping up after work was done. I called the office and on the same day, they came out for service. It was just dirt that was blocking. I will be using this company from here after for my irrigation problems.

The man that came out to tune up and repair our sprinkler system was great! He was extremely knowledgeable about our system, and was able to fix everything wrong with our sprinkler heads. He took the time to set our system correctly and explain everything to me. It was a great experience overall!

I actually gave C&L a bad (F) rating due to a mistake. I thought C&L came out to my house but it actually was Creative Design & Landscaping. I apologize to C&L for the mistake and bad rating. George Smith from C&L actually came to my house to investigate my issue and that is how I realized I gave C&L the bad rating by mistake. Based on George's responsiveness to my review and his professionalism, I would use this company in the future. Please accept my apologies C&L Landscaping.

Our problem concerned serious washout/erosion of turf along our 120' bulkhead on the Saint Johns River. Based on the neat job C & L Landscape did down the street from us, we got their phone number, made an appointment with "George", who came out, gave us a written proposal which we accepted because it was reasonable and the favorable impression of George. Next came the crew led by "Tommy". In the 43 years we have lived in our 1930 built home, we have employed many contractors, but none as professional and knowledgable as C & L Landscape. Tommy and his hard working crew completed the job on time. It looks great and we are sure it will solve our problem as described above. As a result, we are using this honest and excellent company for additional landscape work. Without hesitation, we strongly endorse and recommend C & L Landscape Co.

Their work was beyond my expectations! If I could grade them with something higher than an A - I would happily give it to this company. From beginning to end they were professional and easy to talk to. They took my ideas and made them better! On top of every compliment I could give them for their work..... they are also really great people that care as to whether they are doing their best at their work. They are!

George Smith, Landscape Consultant, and landscape crew were professional and focused. The river rock bed, metal edging installed along the driveway down to the road, and cleanup was completed as contracted. It looks great! In September I plan on having the steep incline that runs along the perimeter of the property appropriately landscaped to prevent soil runoff and tree root exposure.

We had an appointment for the sprinker tune up. They called and changed it to a different day.Mark called the day of appointment to say he was running late. We appreciated that he let us know and he later came out for the $150 tune up of sprinkler. By tune up I guess they mean they go around your yard and point out everything a builder did wrong. I do not see what he tuned up, only told us he would need about 3 hours to work on our system and would bill us by the hour. He assured us he would not need a 4th hour. We scheduled this as we were most concerned with the front lawn area. We asked him for an estimate on resod of lawn. His brother in law does that so we called the office to set up an appointment to get a quote. George called the day of his appointment to say he would be a good hour late. He was just leaving a meeting in Jax. We did not understand why they would have him at a meeting so far away when he had an appointment time scheduled but we were gracious again about this company being late. George came late and gave us an estimate which we thought was quite high. The day of the appointment with Mark to work on our sprinklers, an Ernie called AFTER they were already supposed to be out to our home to state that his truck broke down, he did not have his usual vehicle with parts so he wanted to come out, make a parts list and then reschedule!! I had taken the afternoon off for this and they have the nerve to call AFTER they were to be here?? Plus, we were under the impression from Mark that HE was the one who was going to work on the sprinklers. He told us what he would do so wouldn't you think a parts list was already made??? This company was a complete waste of our time and money. They rescheduled and/or were running late each and every time. We do not know what paid $150 dollars for????? For him to walk around and trash our builder is basically it. We are extremely displeased with this company and feel that they should refund us our $150. Not to mention that I took time off from work for them to not be able to keep their word.

Leslie and George from C & L were easy to work with and their crew were polite and professional. The front patio and the walkways along the pool deck look great. I do have some concerns about the drainage and retention of/for the walkways along the pool deck but I was assured that they will be fine and that if there is a problem C&L will come out and address whatever issues that may arise. The sod in the backyard also looks great. The only minor problem I did encounter with this project was with pressure washing. They missed a few spots around the house. George responded immediately and sent his man back out to corrected the problem. Due to some equipment problems it took more than on visit but in the end the problems were addressed and the house looks good. C&L's customer service was a big plus, I would use C&L again.
