Description of Work: They have provided quarterly pest prevention services for many years, provide yearly termite inspection after providing full house termite treatment several years ago. The servicemen who come to the house are always very courteous, pleasant and very thorough. Office staff contacts by phone are always very pleasant and efficient. I have never had a complaint over the many years. The most recent visit was an "extra" with no charge. After much rain there were some tiny ants in one bathroom. They cam out and did all the necessary work inside and outside, provided adequate explanation, and offered to return if needed... which was not.
