Electrician was prompt, made the necessary repairs and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Explained to me what was done. The cost was reasonable and would use this service again if needed in the future.

Very professional and explained what would take place beforehand. I had prior service with another Angie's List 4.3 rating and it was a nightmare. Burbank Electric sets the example for others to follow.

Here is why I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. While doing the electrical work, he burst a pipe in the attic. Fortunately, we had just purchased the home and hadn’t even moved in furniture yet. He insisted that we have a plumber come out, which we did while he was still there and he replaced the pipe. I paid in full for the work and was still very cordial, although the father kept apologizing for how ****** his son was after he burst the pipe. My husband gave a review on his business page, which he didn’t like. I get it. No business wants a bad review. His response was to post interior photos of our home and bash us by calling our newly purchased home a piece of crap and saying we shouldn’t have hired a handyman to do our plumbing. When they came to do the work, it was clear by the empty home that we did not pay for the plumbing. It is totally unprofessional for a business owner to violate someone’s privacy by posting interior home photos and bashing on their page. I was contacted the same day I needed to get work done. The electrician was very professional...kept me informed on when he would arrive, was prompt and courteous, and was able to get the work done quickly. The price was right and it was a pleasant experience. Definitely would use them again!

They are dependable, professional, reasonable, meticulous, clean and organized, accommodating and just outstanding! They really listened to our concerns and got the job done to our satisfaction. We would definitely hire them again. You can truly bank on Burbank Electric!!

These guys were amazing. It turns out I only needed a fraction of what I thought needed done. They were honest and saved me a good amount of money. Their responsiveness is second to none. I am incredibly impressed and wouldn’t think twice to use them again.

Excellent. They were very professional and very personable. They were on time, they even got here 5-10 minutes early. They are wonderful people to work with. Very knowledgeable.
