Larry arrived a little earlier then our appointment time which was fine with me. He spent a couple hours talking to me and walking around the home. I pointed out all the places I was finding critters and he explained to me all he could do to get rid of them as well as prevent other pest from entering the house. After Larry spent more then enough time talking to me and I decided to hire him he offered to do a little pre spray on the spot. As soon as he left I found carpet beetles dead and I couldn't be happier! Larry was simply terrific and so far my experience has been fantastic! He was also a better price then other places I checked.

We are very satisfied with the entire process. It's also comforting knowing that they'll come back if any issues pop up. Larry was extremely helpful in explaining the process and what was included in his annual package. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He spent several hours at our home, attending multiple times to ensure complete coverage, including working around our contractors/movers since we were moving into a new home and completing renovations. He can also adapt his method to meet the needs/sensitivities of your family (kids, pets, etc.)
