Description of Work: Darian came out and stretched two spots in the carpet in my office out. He also stretched out a little patch in the doorway that had been chewed out by my dog. He was on time and did the work in about 45 minutes. Great job!

 + -1 moreI had a 2 inch by 5 inch hole in my nearly new 8 month old carpet that went down to the cement slab, I won't say how it happened. I called Brown & Brown, they responded very quickly, and made the appointment for the next day. Darien showed up on time and after taking off his shoes, (good sign), started to work immediately. I had a remnant from the initial installation so matching was not a problem. Darien was very personable and professional and worked quickly. After he was done the patch was flawless and you would't know there was any work done to the run at all. My wife was VERY pleased, which made me VERY pleased. I would definitely hire Brown & Brown again, they do "Superior" work.

 + -1 moreGreat job, very professional, very easy to have in our home. We will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs carpet installed or repaired/streched. Our carpet looks as good as it did when it was first put down.
Description of Work: Our living room and bedroom carpet had been installed (by another installer) for 2 years. Although is is very good quality carpet, it was not stretched properly at installation. Brown and Brown came over with their power stretcher and stretched the carpet in all four directions, replaced it back under the floor-trim. They cleaned up and vacuumed after themselves.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job, showed up when they said they would and worked all day. Cleaned up after they were finished every day and they were extremely professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has bought carpet and is looking for an A+ company to install it.
Description of Work: Darian Brown came to install our carpet in our house. They did 3 bedrooms with multiple closets, the hallway our game room and den and formal dinning room. They also installed a carpet runner on our wood stairs.
