+ -1 moreJob 1: The project initiated by me (in Minn.) & carried out at my father's home in Jacksonville. Joe communicated w/me by Email/phone/in person. Excellent job! He responded to my initial Email quickly & followed Thur right away w/a site visit, discussion w/me (by ph) & my father (in person) & a written proposal. Excellent craftsman in construction. Still, he worked steadily & kept us informed of his progress & plans. B/c of my distance from the project & of my father's health (he was hospitalized for abt a wk of the proj.), Joe did the selection for the particular toilet, pedestal sink, tile and paint. Great job! Job 2: Joe did all the work himself. W/alittle guidance as to our preferences in size/color, He selected the vanity & delivered it. We liked his choice. He removed the sink, preserving it for use/sale later. He installed the new vanity & top. Job done in 1 day & on schedule. Since our last experience with him, he has raised his hourly rate, but the total cost was still fair.
Description of Work: Job 1: Joe Bray expanded an existing half bath into a full bath with a shower. It was necessary to move two walls (to take space from the laundry room & from a storage room), to move the hot water heater & to move some wall-mounted cabinets. The existing sink was replaced & relocated; the toilet was replaced. The project involved new doors (one, a pocket door) & additional electrical wiring. He tiled the new shower, the bathroom floor & the laundry room floor. He painted the new bathroom.($7500.) Job 2: We had hired Joe Bray before & we selected him for this project. We needed a pedestal sink removed from a bathroom & a new vanity installed in its place.($1000.)

+ -1 moreBray Home Improvements did an excellent job. He actually finished sooner than expected. He is a very responsible and trustworthy businessman. He was very considerate of my dog and made sure the gate was closed at all times. Bray Home Improvements really did a great job.
Description of Work: Bray Home Improvements remodeled our master bathroom. We had him use the highest quality for materials.
