OUTSTANDING

I phoned to get a quote for re-roofing my house. The salesman didn't just give the quote but spent quite a lot of time with me explaining how it all would work and why, which shingles would look better and the colors. The price was comparable to some other quotes I had received so I went with Brannan. I was told it would be two weeks because they were fairly busy. Two weeks later, here they are. The shingles were delivered on Wednesday. Thursday morning they started and by noon Friday they were finished. They removed all the old shingles and repaired a couple places in the plywood. They were fast and efficient and they cleaned up every bit of the old roof they removed. If not for the new roof on the house, one would never know they had even been here. I would use them again and have already told some of my co-workers about them.

The roof was in really bad shape. I had several people come out and give me quotes on getting the work done and Brannan was the most reasonable of the ones I looked at. They had the most reasonable prices, came out at a time that worked for me, and discussed everything with me so that I understood what he was providing. He was also able to get me a price on new gutters as well. They handled all the new installation in two days and got everything cleaned up as well. They took care of getting the new gutters on and they did a great job of getting everything cleaned up. The house looks great with the new roof and I can't wait for the first good rain storm to sit in it and listen to the rain coming off my new roof. Great Job Guys ! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone !

Brannan was one of five companies who bid on my project. Their final bid came in about in the middle. I was initially impressed by the owner's promptness and timeliness in coming out to make the bid and getting it submitted. During our walk around of the house , he was straight forward about what did, and didn't need to be done. This was a relief because the first roofer who came out simply told me that he couldn't repair a roof over 10 years old and my roof would have to be replaced. Ronnie looked my roof, checked the shingles and confirmed, that my rood was repairable. A fact confirmed by 3 of his competitors. Once all bids were in, I called Brannan on Friday afternoon to award them the job, and he advised they would be out on Monday to sign the contract and begin work. On Monday, both Ronnie and his repairman showed up 30 minutes early to begin. The contract was straight forward, permits pulled, and we made final notations, in the event additional damage might be found. Ronnie's employee quickly got to work on the tear in to examine the situation on the first leak- some rotted wood near an eave on the 2nd story of my roof. He did find some additional damage and he invited me up the ladder to examine it for myself. We talked about the best way to repair it and he got to work. The same process worked for the second area of repair. He checked things out, gave me his suggested method of repair and then quickly got to work. Both repairs involved removing and replacing shingles, felt, and some metal valley flashing. In addition, he added stick down water membrane in both areas to augment the metal flashing; and he made come corrections to damage caused to the original shingles during the original installation when the home was built. The entire job took about 5 hours. At the end, the job site was meticulously cleaned up and inspected with the repairman, myself and the Ronnie Brannan. It was a pleasure working with them and I would certainly recommend them.
