The pricing was very reasonable because the yard was an embarrassingly overgrown mess before we started using his services. He did not insist on a year contract as some others do. This is the third time I've had Jonathan out to help with our yard. The first was about five weeks ago for a very extensive back-yard-only and cleanup and mowing. He arrived with a serious truck and pull-behind covered rig with all necessary tools which inspired confidence. About 3 weeks later I asked him to just mow the back again. This third visit was for extensive side and front yard work as well as mowing the back. The palm and sycamore were well trimmed in a balanced way. All yard debris and leaf litter were bagged and all trimmed branches were further cut to proper length for city yard trash removal. The edging was tidy and patio, walkway and driveway surfaces were cleared. The mowing was also very professionally accomplished. Additionally, when I spoke about our driveway needing a paving repair/redo and that I was looking for a reliable roofer he recommended other community professionals which I appreciated. He pointed out a small bull ant infestation which we hadn't noticed. He communicates with you about your yard and listens when you specify what you want done as well as what you don't want done. All three visits, he steadily worked during a very hot time of day until all I'd asked to be done was completed as agreed. Fair pricing, professional work, good communication, and a get-it-done approach are great qualities these days. I trust Jonathan and recommend his work to you without hesitation.

I thought he was very reasonable and professional. He came prepared with his own equipment. He was diligent in his work, and did a really good job. He is who I call for all my lawn work now.
