Bold City Heating and Air

Very, very impressed with Bold City Heating and Air !!! I noticed my AC was blowing warm air. I was warmly greeted by Senad the dispatch and very impressed with his customer service, empathy and kindness. Then within an hour a technician was here by that name of Derrick S. and he was so polite and professional! He immediately discovered the issue and showed me the problem. Very honest, and I still can't believe how fast the Bold City technician Derrick got here! Thank you again Bold City Heating and Air, I can see why you are rated so high on Google and I will use only you guys going forward for any A/C and Heating needs!

My two AC units needed yearly maintenance. Based on my neighbor’s recommendation, customer reviews, and most importantly that Bold City Heating & Air accepted Trane warranties according to the owner Mirza, I hired them to perform yearly maintenance on my two units and purchased their Bold Club. During the maintenance service it was identified that a part should be replaced. I asked if the Trane warranty covered it and was told no. A few weeks later one AC unit wasn’t working properly. I called Bold City over the weekend leaving voice mail and they returned my call on Sunday scheduling the repair the following morning, which impressed me. During the repair, I asked about the Trane coverage for the other unit’s part. He called the office and said they’ll look into it and someone will get back to me. No one from Bold City followed up about the Trane warranty coverage. Two days later, the AC problem recurred. I called Bold City to schedule a repair of the repair and asked again about the Trane warranty coverage. They repeated the part wasn’t covered. I sent them a copy of Trane’s warranty. Afterwards, Bold City admitted the part was covered but I would be charged for labor and a processing fee. Labor is covered under this warranty so I thought they must not be familiar with the Trane extended warranty. I contacted Trane’s warranty office whose representative confirmed both parts and labor were covered under their extended warranty. I provided the Trane representative’s response, contact phone number, and all the warranty information to Bold City. There was no response. I called Bold City’s office numerous times. One of my calls was answered and I was assured they would look into the Trane warranty and get back to me, which they did not. I sent the owner, Mirza, a text summarizing the issue. There was no response. My calls were being sent to voice mail and still no response from Bold City Heating & Air. I called Mirza’s mobile number leaving voice mail saying I needed to speak with him about a problem and there was no response. More than a reasonable amount of time has passed for Bold City Heating & Air to reply. I wouldn’t have hired Bold City or purchased their Bold Club for two units if I’d been informed initially they didn’t participate in the Trane extended warranty program. I’ve exhausted too much time and effort attempting to have Bold City replace the part under the Trane extended warranty. Their lack of response is inexcusable.

It went very well. They were prompt in our appointment to look at the project. They were honest and very helpful in making the detemination of what was needed. They were on time for the appointment for installation They said 8:30-9:00 and they were there as stated. They did an excellent job putting in the system. The price was excellent. I couldn't ask for a better company. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when needed. Thank you Bold City Heating and Air for a great job.
