+ -1 moreI was very happy with the work performed. The electricians were courteous, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We had had another estimate to fix the problem that was more expensive and more involved. I was impressed that Bivins suggested an easier and less expensive solution that fixed the problem just fine. I would use them again.
Description of Work: We kept overloading the existing lines in our Florida room. Bivins ended up cutting into the wall and hooking an outlet into an existing line in the wall behind it.

+ -1 moreI would say that Bivins Electrical Company did an excellent job. I liked that their price was reasonable. The work is done to perfection, too. I would recommend them to friends and family.
Description of Work: Bivins Electrical Company fixed my circuit breaker. They also put in a new electrical switch in my closet.

+ -1 moreMax the electrician was polite, worked fast and knew his stuff. He was also neat and cleaned up after himself. I had to wait a week for him to come for this non-urgent job. Contact person in the office said she would call the day before his arrival but did not. He spent 1.5 hours here and charged $195 for parts and labor.
Description of Work: Tasks performed by the electrician: 1. Installed a new electrical outlet in closet. He cut out a new hole in the drywall and ran wires from an existing light switch from the other side of the wall. Actual work took less than half an hour. 2. Moved a light switch to adjacent wall about four feet away. Cut out 2 holes in drywall and ran wire from old switchbox to new one. Actual work took about half an hour. 3. Took the cover off one of the switchplates to troubleshoot switch. Took 15 minutes.
