Billy & Cindy's Painting & Pressure Washing & More

We aren't quite sure what happened. We were always nice. My husband wants a job done well, so maybe this intimidated them that he asked them to prime? I have no clue. If they didn't want the job, or if they were having problems, concerns, or felt they underbid, it would have been nice if they would have told us. The way they just left the job with no explanation was totally unprofessional. We waited two months for this job to start, and now it will take us another two months to get another painter. In addition, we rented a POD to store our garage in until it was painted. My husband and I will have to paint the garage so we can get it back together. I'm just flabbergasted. They seemed like such nice people and to leave us high and dry with no explanation is inexcusable.

Billy and Cindy did an excellent job and were very courteous and professional. They arrived on-time, used a quality product, and completed the project within the specified timeframe. They kept the work area clean and free of debris. They were very respectful of our property and went out of their way to make sure everything was just as it was when they arrived. We would welcome them back at any time and recommend them to our friends and neighbors. The house looks GREAT!!

I cannot praise the work enough! They were awesome. They quoted us a very reasonable price, then refused to charge extra when they encountered some complications and cost overruns. Billy and Cindy are friendly, professional, and just 'good people'. Their attention to detail is remarkable; I feel like I'm living in a new and improved house. We will definitely call them first next time we're ready for a home improvement project! The final product is beautiful.

Cindy worked hard to ensure we matched the color we wanted. They started when we agreed they would, did a great job, finished in 4 days. We discussed additional work to be done with interior painting. Couldn't be happier with the work and service. Thank you Bill and Cindy!

This is the 3rd time we have use Cindy and Billy. We truly love them, over the last 3 years they have really become like extended family. They are always on time, they do the job well each and every time. Our first job was to replace some wood siding on the exterior of our home and then paint the outside. Second they redid out master bath. And this last job they redid the floors of our entire downstairs and painted pretty much the whole interior with the exception of bedrooms. We already got some ballpark estimates on the next job we would like them to do for us! Cannot recommend them enough!

Billy and Cindy responded immediately to my telephone request for a quote. They came to the home and we discussed what I wished to have done. They inspected the home and told me that it would fall under the coupon price they were running on Angie's List. We discussed paint to be used and colors. Satisfied, I called them a day later and scheduled a time. Billy arrived as promised. He worked daily until completion of the job. His workmanship was excellent and the home looks like new.

Working with Cindy and Billy was an absolute pleasure. From my first inquiry phone call to the day they finished - Cindy and Billy were friendly, honest, professional and punctual. Cindy always answered the phone when I called, and always kept me informed of any delays or timing changes from their end. I have a 2,000 square foot ranch style home. They arrived on time Monday morning and started pressure washing. They included my walkway and driveway - which look fabulous now!! Tuesday the painting started. By Thursday evening they were done - it looks fabulous. I also asked if they could re-screen my back porch. I had removed all the old torn screening. Billy purchased and installed great screening material (looks like it isn't even there!) and even installed a new screen door and frame - which was over and above the original scope of the project. I will definitely contact Cindy & Billy with any future painting and home renovation needs! Billy and Cindy are great people and i felt very comfortable working with them.

Am I at the right house? It looks extremely impressive! Billy and Cindy did a wonderful job. True professionals. They provided us with a quote the same day they came for the estimate. They have a wonderful knowledge of applying paint to stucco, and hand rolled on the paint to the house. No short cuts here. They dedicate 100 percent to the job at hand. We are grateful they took time for several samples of paint to get the colors just right. Billy and Cindy have our recommendations, they do great work, and we'll hire them in the future. The house looks brand new and we love the work they did.

Billy and Cindy were a pleasure to work with!! They explained everything thoroughly and made sure I knew everything they were about do. I love how they took the time to do the job right.....when the trim color wasn't going to cover in one coat, Cindy noticed it before I did and made sure it was done right! Top notch job, they will treat your house like they are painting their own. I will definitely use them again for some inside painting. Don't hesitate to give them a call. Bill and Cindy are the best! Nice people, terrific work ethic, and very professional work. They were cheerfully flexible during a period of unpredictable weather, and did a wonderful job on the exterior painting of our home. Billy & Cindy arrived promptly every day. They did an excellent job pressure washing especially the paver decking. It was overdue for a washing. Looks like new now! I was every impressed with the meticulous job they did with the trim work and painting. They used a good thick brand of paint. As you can tell I don't know much about paint. As a matter of fact a paint sale person stopped by the house so they could discuss the difference between the brand Billy & Cindy were using and the competitors' brand. I wish I would have known about them in 2008 when we remodeled the inside, I would have definitely used them. They are definitely going to be our go-to for all our painting needs from this point forward.

Outstanding. We are extremely pleased with the work Bill and Cindy performed. I am a very detail oriented person and have very high standards with regard to professionalism and quality of work. They did not disappoint.

My house looks better than new. I'm very happy with Bill and Cindy. They were quick to respond to my request for an estimate and there price was much, much lower than the two other estimates I'd received. They started a week later and after losing a couple of days to rain, finished five days after that. They did all the work themselves and stayed in touch throughout the process. They applied two coats of the same top quality Glidden paint that my husband swears by and is much less expensive than the SW the others guys wanted to use. I don't know all the processes but once they were done my house looks better than new. They smoothed out those rough window frames, fixed cracks in the stucco and painted the foundation that the builder had left bare. They even pressure washed the pool deck. On the last day my husband asked them to make a change on the trim paint which I didn't feel was necessary but they insisted on making him happy. I am very pleased with them and their work and plan to have them back when I'm ready to have the shower updated.

Great experience with Bill and Cindy. They did a great job pressure washing the house, driveway and porch and a fantastic job painintg the house. I would definitely recommend anyone use them no matter the size or type of job. They paint interior and exterior. They also do other work (like kitchen/bath and other needed repairs) which will will consider using them for in the future.

Billy and Cindy were a pleasure to work with. They provided explanations of what they could and would do and came through with what they said they would do. They helped us match the color of the house and suggested the type of paint to use. They did a great job and even did some additional work they did not charge us for. Bottom line is that they are an outstanding painting team and we would use them again in a heart beat.

I would highly recommend using Billy & Cindy Baker. They communicated with us when they would be there, what they would do and their work was excellent! We hired them to paint our house and also asked them to replace a door which they had to come back for. The work was top notch and we didn't have to ask them to come back but they certainly offered to if we had any concerns. Their price was very reasonable and we will definitely use them again in the future. They also do interior work and some remodels, based upon the work they did for us we recommend their services.

Bill and Cindy did an amazing job. This was a complete bathroom remodel. We can't believe it's the same bathroom! If you want contractors who will do quality work Bill and Cindy are the people to hire. We had quotes that were cheaper, but we felt comfortable hiring Bill and Cindy and knew the job would be done right.

It went great! I chose Bill & Cindy because of their high reviews on Angie's List. I am not sorry! They responded with their estimate, which I found reasonable, but told me that They would not be able to start for several months, because they were so busy. I told them I would rather have "good" than "fast". They were able to move my date up, due to other concerns. They were completely professional through the entire process. They did a great job! I would use them again, and would recommend them to anyone else looking for a painter you can trust!

The painting went very well. Cindy and Billy were professional and courteous, completing the painting in a timely manner. If you are looking to have a house painted Billy and Cindy are who you want to do it!

Billy and Cindy Painting provided an excellent job. Assessment of the job to be performed was done in detail and it was executed as proposed. The house was pressure washed and painted as scheduled. They told me it would be completed in four days and it was. The siding that was replaced by a prior contractor had not been done properly and Billy and Cindy showed me the mistakes and proceeded to correct them. They are truly the kind of professionals I was expecting to find. I will highly recommend and use them in the future.

We called for an estimate on Friday and they were there the next day to look at the job. They were able to start the next Tuesday due to a cancellation. They were on time every day and even pressure washed the pool deck as an add on the first day they were there. They sealed all the cracks and painted the whole exterior and it looks great! Very nice people, prompt and courteous, would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

Billy and Cindy did an excellent job on painting the exterior of our house. They did a nice job of pressure washing the exterior before they painted, and were very thorough in painting the exterior siding and eaves. We went with a slightly lighter color which ended up taking an extra coat of paint. The additional cost was very reasonable, and the paint and color look really great on the house. We had some previous damage to stucco trim on the front of the house, which they patched and painted so it looks very good. We also needed to replace the screen on our large back porch, and they also did that job for a very reasonable cost. We got several quotes, and Billy and Cindy were not the lowest but in the middle of the prices. We decided to use them after looking at another house they painted, and are very happy with our results. A neighbor recently used a lower cost company to paint their house, and you can tell the difference. Billy & Cindy's work is so much better. They were also very professional, kept us informed about the progress of the work, and cleaned up at the end of each day. My only advice is to plan ahead. Their work is very good, so you will need some lead time to get on their schedule. For us, it was well worth the wait. I would definitely use them again!

We did not hire this company because they used Gideon Paint and I could not get a formal written proposal. Their estimate did not include painting the fascia or gable.
