Both Bill and Cindy are very professional, very talented and very responsive. They painted the exterior of my house in 2015 and I sought them out to paint the interior as well. I am very happy with both jobs. I am a meticulous person that notices all the details. Trust me, Bill and Cindy do outstanding work. They also do tile work, had I known, I would have had them do that too.

Billy and Cindy were excellent, professional, very friendly and helpful. They completed the house in the agreed upon time and were reasonable in pricing. I felt comfortable having them at my home and I plan to use them in the future.

Unfortunately, I am still waiting for them to return to finish a couple areas that were missed initially and where the paint has chipped. They painted over bad wood instead of replacing it and I don't believe they caulked anywhere as I've noticed several spots with gaps. I have reached out several times and Cindy is no longer responding to my efforts. I have been waiting since the first week of February when she texted me stating they would be back when they had a day off but it's almost June and I think I've waited long enough. I paid them in full and even gave a little extra - my mistake. It is a shame how contractors do not stand by their work nor do they return once they have made their money.

They a great job and the price was more than fair. The house looks great. They supplied all the materials and did all the clean up. The house hasn't been painted in several years so they had to use multiple coats in several areas. They also repaired the wood work in several spots including the chimney box and the shed trim.

I never write reviews on services I have completed on my home but I was so impressed working with both Billy and Cindy that I definitely want to share my exceptional experience. They are everything you could possibly want in a service provider. From my first call, they were responsive, professional, honest and reliable. They did everything exactly as promised and at no point did I ever worry about the job being completed to the highest quality level. They also go above and beyond and I was so thankful that other items on the house that they noticed (issues with a side door, nail in the roof), they made it a point to bring to my attention. They take great pride in their work and every aspect of my interactions with them made that extremely apparent. My house looks beautiful and it is very evident it was painted by true professionals who take pride in attention to detail and a job very well done. Cindy and her husband were excellent in performing the painting on our home. They were kind and very willing to work with us in what ever we needed to complete the task. The work they performed was done very professionally. There cost were very reasonable compared to most companies we checked with and the work was awesome! I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs their home painted.

These are two of the most detail-oriented, hard working individuals that I have ever met. Their work ethic is incredible and they are extremely detail-oriented. Cindy and Billy do all the work themselves, no subcontractors, no day labors. We have a very large home (over 5500 sq ft). They offer an excellent price and outstanding quality. Their attention to detail is second to none and they use quality materials (paint, caulk, etc). Billy and Cindy are two of the friendliest and trusted individuals you will meet. We felt totally comfortable leaving our home open to them to continue painting when we were away. Can't speak more highly of their work and integrity. They book out 2-3 months in advance sometimes but are definitely worth the wait.

Cindy and Bill Baker are fantastic! Initially I contacted them to power wash the exterior of our house in July 2016. They communicated back to me immediately and worked around my schedule, coming to complete the job during their time-off. The finished project made our house look new. At my request, Cindy gave me a quote to paint the exterior of the house. We set up a date for the end of September 2016. Cindy called me to say they could paint the house earlier due to an opening in their schedule. We were out of town, so Cindy sent me pictures of their progress everyday. We had chosen a different color than the existing color, so they painted a small section showing the contrast of the two colors, and sent us a picture asking if we liked it. We appreciated the extra effort and care they gave to us. We highly recommend Cindy and Bill for the quality of their work, their work ethic and their ongoing communication before, during and after the jobs.

Flexible - we bought the paint as they did not have a relationship with the particular paint company we wanted to use. Painted 3 colors chosen by us with attention to specific requests on where the colors would go. We had to go out of town and Cindy was very helpful in keeping us up to date with the progress of the job by sending pics and updates. On opening one of the colors Cindy was concerned that it was not what we had described and she let us know immediately; she was able to use a different paint that was the color we wanted and it worked out beautifully. We felt very comfortable leaving our home while they completed the job. We returned to a beautifully painted home, everything left clean and neat, and many compliments from the neighbors.

Billy and Cindy arrived on time each day and worked until the job was completed. ( This was a gift for our daughter and we used Billy and Cindy as they had previously painted our home and had done an excellent job.) They are very through in the preparation of the home prior to painting and provide a high quality paint job. When they finished the home looked better than new. They are very accommodating at each stage of the process, always easy to talk with and work hard to insure we are satisfied. I doubt that we could find better. You can hire anyone the first time but when you hire a person the second time you do it because they are exceptional.

The job went very well. They were able to start right after the holidays and were on the job every day until completion. The great thing about the two of them is that Cindy is in constant communication and Billy can fix almost anything. They don't mind being asked to do the extras. When the company measuring for the new counter tops stated that they could not trim a cabinet that needed to be cut down in order for the new counter tops to fit, Billy went ahead and trimmed it down so I didn't need to call a cabinet person. I have used Billy and Cindy for several jobs in the past, both interior and exterior, and have not had any issues. In addition to painting, they also renovated a kitchen and two bathrooms at another house I sold last year. This included installing new cabinetry, painting the entire interior, installing new tile on the floors as well as the shower and tub walls of the bathrooms, modifying the kitchen layout and installing a backsplash. The house sold just days after it was listed. When small things came up during the renovation, they were handled and I paid for materials unless it was something much more time consuming. I don't feel like they nickel and dime you to death. Billy and Cindy have been very reliable for me. I don't feel like I need to be on the job site every day and they keep me posted on the progress. If I can't make it to the site, Cindy will send me pictures of the progress.
