The project went way better than we had expected. As could be expected with a home this size there were a couple of places on the stucco where there were missed/specks spots but were resolved very quickly and they truly guarantee their work. They did a great job and did such a good job our neighbors used them as well to paint the exterior of their home too.

And this all during the high heat of Summer. We would highly recommend Bill & Cindy. Thanks for all your hard work.

Billy and Cindy had previously done work on our bathroom, replacing the tile and repairing water damage remodeling the shower. We were so satisfied with the tile work that they did we hired them to tile our dining room. They met with us and laid out the design prior to beginning allowing us to choose the best layout and even suggested a rug effect to highlight our dining room table. We were initially only going to do a transition strip between foyer and dining room and the butlers pantry and the dining room. We really love how our dining room floor looks. We get so many compliments on the dining room now that we are rid of the carpet.

The tile and existing shower hardware, door and glass wall were removed exposing the studs and insulation. The shower floor tile was also removed in exposing the concrete base. The tile was also removed from around the bathtub area and supporting wall. The demolition exposed some builder mistakes and a mold issue that we were totally unaware existed. The builder had not installed a shower pan and cut some corners on framing of the shower which was partly to blame for the water intrusion. Billy made the necessary carpentry repairs necessary to allow us to proceed. Billy and Cindy removed the water damaged half wall and installed a solid floor to ceiling wall in its place. They lowered our shower heads per our request. Billy built custom cutouts for storage of shampoo and soap into this new wall. We had purchased our tile and Cindy and Billy provided us with an estimate of materials needed to install the new ceramic tile. They were very good at estimating the supply needs which was really good preventing multiple trips to the tile store. The tile turned out BEAUTIFUL!! We could not have been more satisfied with the tile work. All of the tile was even and well spaced. The tile was placed ceiling to floor in the new shower enclosure and continued out into the bathtub area and adjacent walls. We also added a beautiful decorative tile band around the entire shower wall and bathtub supporting wall and adjacent area. Billy and Cindy were great with the addition of the tile band happy to make the last minute change. Once the project was complete a thorough cleanup was provided and the bathroom was ready for use. We had arranged with Cindy and Billy to assist in acquiring the necessary supplies since we wanted to take advantage of no interest promotions through Home Depot They accompanied us and selected the appropriate materials allowing us to use our Home Depot 0% interest promotion. Cindy and Billy did an outstanding job well within our budget. Cindy and Billy took great care in sealing the room with plastic in order to prevent dust and contaminants from moving into the master bedroom.

Our initial meeting with Cindy and Billy was great. They were very friendly and explained what services they provided, how they worked as a company and gave us an estimate. We met a few more times about color and specifics of the job before they began. They started job as planned and always arrived promptly as expected. They did a great job painting house (2 story with detached garage). Not only were they concerned about doing a good job on our home, but also made sure they introduced themselves to neighbors and let them know what would be going on. Wonderful people to work with and I look forward to hiring them for additional jobs in the future. Price and quality could not be beat.

I was at first skeptical as to how a company could receive so many great reviews, now I see why they are rated so high! Our project required washing, caulking, minor repairs, and painting a large 2 story home. The house had not been painted since built, 18 years ago. It was in bad shape and in need of major sealing and painting. We obtained 3 estimates and found Billy & Cindy's to be very fair for the amount of work needed. Cindy gave us a start date and was true to her word. Her communications were outstanding throughout the entire job. We were very happy that Billy & Cindy did the actual work, and could not be happier with the final results. We are proud of our home once again! Good, honest, hardworking professionals. We feel very fortunate to have found them, Thank you!

Cindy was a pleasure to work with on the phone. She sent before pictures with close ups to verify their estimate. She sent after pictures. She stayed in contact during the entire process and also worked well with the tenants and property manager. Cindy's and Bill's bid to do the work was the lowest of three bids. They are very professional.

Woodwork was done and one house painted. The woodwork was sloppy and one coat of paint was applied. I pointed out where the old paint was bleeding into the new paint. Since both houses were side by side and their trailer was inside a locked fence, I wrote a check for the first house with their word that they would take care of the problem. They got all of their equipment and trailer out of my back yard with a locked gate, went to my bank and cashed the check. I was puzzled as to why they left with another job for $1600.00 and all they would need to do to complete the first job was to apply another coat of paint in some light colored areas. I discovered my new $2000.00 dollar gate had brown paint sprayed all over. Now I now why they left. After writing the above I e-mailed Billy and Cindy. Billy said he was aware of the fence. That he left because he did not like my complaints of their work. Also said they would come back and clean the fence. Several weeks have past. I have not seen or heard from Billy and Cindy. I would also like to point out that in the company's original response they stated that we did not pay period, then they changed the story after we posted proof of payment.

The entire experience was better than I could have hoped. I told both Billy and Cindy that it's a rare thing these days when someone takes care of your house as well as the owner would. They treated every step of this process as if it was their own home. The quality of their work is amazing and they went above and beyond every expectation I had. Neighbors were stopping and asking about their work because the quality shows through and through. I would absolutely recommend Billy and Cindy and we'll have them back every year to power wash the amazing job they did on the house to keep it in the awesome condition they left it in.

The overall job was great... estimate that held true to the end, dependable and on time, quality fabulous and timely completion. Would do business with this company any time and I highly suggest this company to anyone looking for quality and dependability!

This company is good people. Know what they are doing and did several jobs for me. Excellent in every way.

We arranged a time to give an estimate and they turned up on time. When I decided to give them the work we agreed on a start date and they turned up on time. They are thorough and attentive to details. It was a several day project and they left no mess at the end of each day and no mess at the end of the job. We are pleased with the results and the experience.

First, the outstanding feature was the work quality. The trim lines and the handling of the trim was excellent. They put a good thick coat of paint on the body in one pass, for the most part, and it came out beautifully. All in all, exactly what I wanted. Second, the price was in the middle range of the "ballpark", and within my estimate for what a professional painter would charge. I have done a fair amount of building in the past and had a good idea of what I'd pay. There wasn't one person selling the job and kids coming after to do the work. This is a two person show and they are pros. I never worried about them getting paint where it shouldn't go or not getting it right. There was no payment before they took me around the whole job and it met my approval. Third, they pressure washed the driveway at no extra cost. There were no "ups or extras", and what they quoted me when we first met is what I wrote the check for when completed. Fourth, they offered to buy the paint at a very good price. I had already had a different paint approved by the ARC in our neighborhood and they were fine with me buying the paint. Fifth, these are regular neighborly folks that happen to be professional painters. I had no problems with having them work while I was at work, having them work around my kids, family, etc. Sixth, they were very fast. My house is not hard to paint and I could have painted it myself, but it would have taken MUCH longer and not come out as well. I'd have lost a month of weekends. Overall, this was a no hassle transaction with nice people that did great quality work. I'd hire them a gain and recommend them.

I called them on a Saturday about the estimate and they came out that same day to give me the estimate. They came out on Sunday and did the painting. They did an excellent job. While they were out they did a couple of extra things that we had not asked them to do. They did such a good job with the painting that we asked them to come back out and pressure wash our porch. They are friendly and nice. They did excellent work and they ended up doing more than what we asked them to do.

Billy and Cindy were professional throughout the entire experience. They came out to give us an estimate the same day we called. They had references available along with photos of work they had completed. They had the best price and value by a long shot of any of the other estimates that we got. They completed the work in a very timely fashion and did a great job. They were very friendly and we will certainly rehire for future projects.

They were fantastic. They gave me a detailed, written estimate at the time they scheduled with me. They were clean and neat in appearance. Very respectful and provided me some of their works before and after photos in a large album on the spot. They gave me several references(which I called- all were very pleased) and offered to see the current house they were painting (which I did). They listened to my special needs (such as: no noise during my kids nap times and don't let my dogs loose by leaving the gates open). They always kept me informed on their status and asked many questions regarding how I wanted certain things. They always cleaned up after themselves so you never even knew they were there. Very friendly and best of all, their prices were VERY VERY reasonable. I even hired them back on other occasions to install my new front door with sidelights, install new door in garage, install new exhaust fan in bathroom and replace ceiling fan and kitchen light.
