They were very prompt in meeting us to give us an estimate. They were able to start right after Christmas and finished very promptly. They kept us informed of their progress and were very professional in the entire process. We felt we truly got our money's worth.

From begining (getting the estimate) to the end they were enjoyable and professional. They got finished a day ahead of schedule and came in under their original estimate. It is easy to see why they have such a high rating and we will absolutly be using them again for other jobs around our home.

We had our entire exterior pressure washed and repainted. We selected Bill and Cindy based completely on the Angie's list reviews since we no longer live in Florida and this is a rental property. The quote was very quick and easily the lowest one we found. Cindy was very easy to deal with and we were very pleased with the work that was provided. She emailed numerous pictures to us throughout the process. We felt very much "in the loop" We would not hesitate to use them again.

They provided us with an estimate for the work and a start date. As with all outdoor work, weather put them a little off the start date, but they called and kept us informed. Great customer service.

They showed up when they said they would and brought a small trailer where they stored all their equipment. We found an out of the way place where they could leave it. Every day they put their equipment away, so their was nothing sitting around in our way. It was great. Also, Cindy stayed in touch with me on a daily basis. She let me know where they were and what was happening next. We had several bushes and even one tree which were leaning against the house. I didn't get around to trimming them, so Billy got out his chain saw and took care of it for me. They also managed to tie back other bushes and vines that were touching the house. They estimated 2 weeks get get it all done and it actually took them less than that. On their last day, Cindy asked me to inspect their work and let her know if it was completed to my satisfaction. She was ready to correct any issues had, but I couldn't find one problem. They did exactly what they said they would do. They did it on time and it was a quality job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I plan to have them come back and help me with some interior work as well as my barn.

Contacted Cindy in July regarding painting the exterior of my 3 rental properties. She advised me upfront that they were booked and would not be able to get to me till the first part of October. Having to wait till October was not an issue for me, since painting the building was not an immediate priority. It just needed to be done. She meet with me promptly and provided me an written estimate. I felt her estimate was very reasonable compared to the other estimates from other companies. She communicated with me over the months to let me know she had not forgot about me and wanted to make sure I still needed her services. They actually were able to start the work 1 week ahead of schedule. Once the worked started, they were very professional. They worked well with the three tenants. No complaints. She remained in communicated with me regarding the progress, and once the work was complete it looked like a brand new building. Great Job! Initally contacted Cindy and Billy based on reviews here. They did a thorough inspection of the house, brought up problem areas they saw and covered exactly what they would do and made sure they knew what I wanted. Their estimate was in the middle of the others I had but they gave me a comfort level with their attitude of excellance in painting. They were a great help in matching the color we wanted and made several trips to pick up sample quanities of paint we could appy to insure the proper hue. They use a very high quality elastommeric paint, Glidden Decra-flex 300, you won't find it at Home Depot, it's a professional grade. It was a wait until they could get to me and they kept me informed often while waiting for the job to start. After the job started they were outstanding professionals. They have very high standards and do all the work themselves, no part time help so they control the quality. The detail of their work is very good and they constantly asked me to point out anything I wanted redone or changed. Never had a problem. I will use them again and highly recommend their services.

I'm so pleased with the work Billy and Cindy do that i've now hired them twice. This last time was to complete the painting of my house that my son started and ran out of time to finish. My very dry, 23 year old wood-sided house needed a 3rd and final coat of paint on it - I contacted Cindy and Billy as I'd used them before and knew their level of work. Not only did I receive a call back in short order, they were able to fit me in between jobs and came to do the work within the same week I made the request. They started the work in the morning and were completely finished and packed up by mid-afternoon! The result - it doesn't look like the same house! They understood the challenge of the condition my siding was in and applied techniques that completely transformed that tired old dry siding into something that looks smooth, fresh and much newer than it really is. I can't say enough about their expertise, dedication to getting the job done right and professionalism - Billy and Cindy are a dream-team and I have no reservations giving them my highest recommendation.

Billy and Cindy are perfectionists. They came and gave me an estimate that was very well within my budget. They are very professional and completed the work in a timely manner and the work was done neatly and perfectly. I will definitely call them again when I need more work done. They are very nice people who are easy to talk to, as well as easy to work with. They really do want to make sure you are satisfied with their work. I had no complaints.

I'm very pleased and impressed with the bang I got for my buck! Cindy returned my initial call to them very quickly. Within a couple of days, they were out to take a look and give me a quote on painting the facia around my house. The price was extremely reasonable in my opinion. Although we had to delay the start of the job a couple of times due to all the crazy rain we've been having - Cindy kept in constant contact with me until we finally had a good sunny Saturday to get the job done. Billy painted 2 coats on the facia around my house and it looks spectacular. I found them both to be very personable, professional and highly skilled at what they do. And as an added bonus, they gave this new homeowner all kinds of tips and advice on little diy projects I'm planning. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone needing painting done and I'll be hiring them again for some other things I'll be working on.

Very accommodating and professional. Cindy was easy to work with and did a very thorough job. She had us check her work multiple times just to make sure we were happy with the quality and to point out any spots we might have missed. We had a lot of rain for a while but they didn't try to rush the job and get it done. They did it in stages until it was completed properly. House looks great! We will definitely use them again!

I requested a quote online and Cindy called me right away. They came out for quote several days later and answered all my questions with honest, straight forward answers. I asked their opinion regarding painting the soffits and regarding paint color. They gave me their opinion on both and stressed that they don't choose colors but would take a look at my choices. We selected them to do the job and were scheduled about 30 days out. We knew that going in and it was fine. They had a cancellation and were able to start the job about 2 weeks from the time of the quote. It was easier to fill us in the opening rather than rescheduling everyone that was already in the queue which was good for us. They took about 6 days to complete the job - including some rain and heat delays. It was exceptionally hot during that week. Cindy talked to me every day during the week - either in person, or by phone on the days they had to leave early due to rain. They addressed any issues right away and didn't leave until I was completely satisfied. Overall, they did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

After interviewing several other painters, I decided on Bill and Cindy. A major factor for selecting them was their rating on Angie's List and all of the positive comments left by others. The price they quoted was very competitive. Beyond that, their knowledge of applying paint to stucco was impressive. The choice of paint was different from what others recommended, but when they explained and gave me insight to their experience with this paint, convinced me it was the right paint for my house. Bill, Cindy, and their assistant, Ricky, were very prompt each day. They worked with only a break for lunch. The quality of their work could not have been better. They did everything I asked. Even when I pointed out that the back doors needed to be painted, even though they had not figured it into the price, they said, "No problem." I would strongly recommend Bill & Cindy's Painting. I will use them again when I decide to re-paint the interior of my house.

Awesome company! I called with a very short notice needing my house pressure washed within the week. They were booked for several weeks (it is late spring, so I understood). But, managed to come out 3 days later and do the job. They were on time, called to let me know they were coming, and finished the job within 4 hours. They cleaned the house, the driveway, the front walk, and back patio. My house looks like it just got a fresh coat of paint! I will be doing this every year, instead of every 4 from now on!!!Even careful not to harm my wreaths, or wind chimes. Very nice job.

Another job delayed our original start date, but that was not a problem for us. Cindy stayed in touch and kept us informed of their progress. Once they began, they worked straight through except for one rain day. Every day they arrived as promised and every day they left with the area in a clean and tidy state. Billy and Cindy Baker are nice, pleasant folks to work with.

They are a couple but we haven’t met them as yet. We made 2 appointments and both the times we had to cancel. They never showed up and they told us they would reschedule but they never called back. We were going to try again. They just didn’t connect with us and I think they were overwhelmed with what they already had. They responded but they just didn’t come out. I think they were unprofessional and normally I would expect them to do something at least. I might give them another shot.

Cindy and Billy are very easy to work with. They took the time to accompany us to purchase the tiles and necessary supplies. They take care of details and are flexible in making requested changes. They carefully cleaned up the job site and disposed of debris. We have used them before and plan to hire them to re-do our hall bath.

From the start, Billy and Cindy were very professional and we liked them immediately. They not only listened but offered suggestions and opinions that made the overall project go even more smoothly and with a better outcome than we could have had alone or with just an 'order-taker' type company. We could not have asked for a better job on the house, to the extent that we decided to go ahead with another project (see next review). The neighbors love it, the lawn guys think it's great, and we took a giant leap forward into really liking the outside of the house. Billy and Cindy are great - you won't regret choosing them.

Great job - the pool looks 10 times better with a fresh dressing around it. Billy and Cindy made the pool and deck look better than it ever has. Every who sees it comments on it. Some of the best money we ever spent. They are fantastic at painting - no drips, mess, nails, or any other junk left behind. They treat you and your property respectfully and clean up behind themselves when they're done. Cannot recommend them more highly.
