Zach was on time, knowledgeable, and polite. he gave us so much education while on site we really understood what the process was during his air testing. I would definitely recommend Zach and Bigfoot to anyone that has had a recent leak. I discovered an unknown leak that caused mold. Zach did a thorough test, gave recommendations but most of all put my mind at ease.

Zach's process is very thorough. He comes in and makes an assessment of the property. Then he sets up testing stations based on his initial assessment. He used his knowledge and experience to explain his testing locations. His detailed report is returned explaining any found issues. He wore protective clothing to avoid contaminating my house. He was polite and showed up when promised.

Very knowledgeable & gave us peace of mind throughout the process. A+ will recommend to friends and family.

My family had been having some concerning health symptoms, and part of our journey to figure it out was to see if there was anything concerning/mold in the air we breathe in our home. We are not native to FL, so we did not know mold is prevalent in the air and even in homes due to the higher humidity in the environment. We contacted Bigfoot for air quality testing specifically questioning if we had mold. It turns out we do not have mold. Yay! Zack is the owner and the one who performed our testing, he was professional, very pleasant and knowledgeable about mold and the test he performed. He answered all of our questions above and beyond what we asked. Although we are very much on our journey of figuring out our family's health issue, one thing we can cross off our list is our air quality… that was a big worry of mine, and now I have peace of mind that it is not what is making any of us sick.
