+ -1 moreVERY well. They tarped the roof to get us through the wet days, then did a great job sealing and making our roof completely watertight. The recent storms haven't left a drop in our house.

+ -1 moreWhen they originally came out the guy told me the roof is on a great condition, all I need is a small repair. Now the same guy is telling me the roof is old and I need a new one, probably because he doesn't want to fix his mishap. Can you believe this? The roof leaks in the same exact spot. I had an independent inspector come out. He told me Big Tuna Roofing did a crappy job on a repair, they used silicone to attach new shingles! The roof is visibly bowing after the repair. It is in worse condition now than ever! Unacceptable! Since I cannot get any resolution from an owner or a manager (or even a call back), I will be taking a legal action. Don't be fooled, they've been in business for about a year with no prior roofing experience. I paid cash and had to call them multiple times for 3 months to even get a receipt. What a rip off!
Description of Work: They did a small repair on a leaking roof on my property. After each rain the roof still leaks! Called manager and was told no refunds and if I wanted them to fix it again there would be an extra charge or they can send an appraisal to give me quote on a roof replacement!
